This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo directly on the gulf coast has been completely updated with a new kitchen cabinets and appliances, bathrooms, tile floors through out except for one large guest room which is carpeted. One smaller guest room is a multi use room with built in cabinets, desk, use of Queen Murphy bed and/or crib. The large, airy, master bedroom has a large walk in closet with a safe for valuables and connecting bathroom.
The living room has a log burning fireplace, a large screen TV, DVD and VCR player. Dining room seats 6 comfortable with room to expand table to seat 8 or 10 people Unobstructed balcony views of the well manicured, tropical foliage court yard, the swimming pool, gazebo with bar and BBQ, and deck and the wide, white sands of the gulf. Views from the bedrooms are also of the gulf and intercoastal water way. One small housebroken pet under 25 lbs is permitted. The building has two elevators and ample guest parking as well as 2 reserved, covered parking spots for this unit only.

Year Purchased: 1996
I lived in this unit for 11 years. I am a retired school teacher. My husband passed away 8 years ago. I loved this unit, but due to my avocation of sewing, I needed more space for fabric storage and the numerous machines I have accumulted. I am the president of the Suncoast Tampa Bay Chapter of the American Sewing Guild. I do a large quantaty of sewing for various charities,Hospice, The Haven, Ronald McDonald House etc. So, I needed a larger area to do my thing. I now have a 2 car garage as my studio. I did not want to sell the condo as someday I am sure I will return there to live out my final days.
Why the Owner Chose Indian Rocks Beach
I chose to purchase this unit because of the large size of the rooms with its many useful size closets, the beautiful view of the court yard, pool and wide, white sand beaches. Watching the sun rise and set from the balcony is awesome. The building was so extremely well maintained. Pipes were not rusting in the garage, the deck was power washed regularly, the driveways were not full of cracks and pot holes and the grounds were well manicured.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The way the building is situated, one can see for miles southwest, northwest and south east from one point or another from this unit. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony having my morning coffee and reading the paper as the sun rose in the East. In the evenings I entertained friends and played cards there while enjoying the balmy breezes and swaying palms. The guest rooms and guest bathroom are down a separate hall from the master bedroom. So guest and I could enjoy some privacy. That was really nice when my noisy grand kids visited.
