My family and friends have just returned from a wonderful stay at Casa Stephens. One word to describe Casa Stephens and our stay there in Punta Ballena...PARADISE! The villa is magnificently located ocean front in the Esperanza Resort and Development. The grounds are perfectly manicured and immaculately maintained. The owner, David, who I interfaced with through our entire booking process could not have been more professional AND helpful. The house was extremely well appointed and equipped with everything you could ever want, need or dream to ask for. It is spacious and comfortable and easy to find. Baruch the "on staff" concierge was always accessible and super with suggestions for activities and restaurant recommendations. I have been asked by many people if we felt safe during our stay. I can say with 100% confidence, safety never crossed our minds! The location is fantastic, 2 minutes to Costco and the Vino Tecca, 7 minutes to downtown and all of the great restaurants. We managed to get everything in that we wanted to do in our seven days, but be assured, we would have LOVED to stay 10! I can't say enough about our experience with Casa Stephens and without a doubt will return again for another stay!

This villa has the view to die for! It provides an unobstructed view of the ocean, especially beautiful during sunsets and sunrises. The house is large with a swimming pool to match it. We had a family gathering with 11 people and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The kitchen and dining rooms are ideal for large dinners, followed by drinks, games and fun conversations. You will enjoy it too!

Casa Stephens is simply stunning. The house and service provided were beyond any of our expectations. We recently spent 5 nights there with three other couples to celebrate my 40th birthday. The attention to detail and pride the owners have in their home is evident. I felt the pictures of the home were beautiful, but, you really cannot explain just how beautiful it is until you are there and experience it for yourself. Their concierge, Baruch, contacted me a couple months prior to our stay to help organize anything and everything our hearts desired. Throughout the stay he was no more than a phone call away and provided us the luxury of not having to lift a finger. The daily housekeeping was not just a quick tidy while making the beds. She fully cleaned the house each day, folded any laundry that may have been in the dryer and even offered to finish making my breakfast so that I could enjoy the pool. The Beach club was a quick 3 minute walk which not only has a great restaurant (I recommend their mojito), but also a nice workout facility. We walked over to the Esperanza a couple of times as well which wasn't much further. Getting into town is approximately a 7 minute taxi. We thought we would go into town a lot more but the home and the pool were just too inviting. The owners were incredibly easy to work with and were always quick to reply to any questions we may have had. We would look forward to returning to Casa Stephens.

Three couples stayed in Casa Stephens for my wife's 40th birthday celebration. The descriptions and pictures on VRBO do not do justice to this house. It is absolutely beautiful! You enter the house into the huge combination family room, dining room and kitchen (equipped with state of the art appliances) and a wonderful view of the Sea of Crotez. While there is a lot (with no buildings) and small road between the house and ocean, it feels AND looks as though this house is right on the water. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, luxurious and well maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool and on the back porch, which is serviced by a Sonos sound system. The infinity edge pool looks over the ocean and is incredible. The conceirege for the house is very helpful and efficient. He arranged numerous activities for our group including our favorite -- In Villa spa services through Suzanne Morrel's company. The spa technicians came into the house and set it up every time like a resort spa! Their massages were the best any of us had ever had (and we have had good massages elsewhere). The concierge also arranged for a chef to come on a couple of nights and prepare dinner. The food was delicious and much better than going into town to eat. The owner of this house is very easy to work with and responds to questions promptly. This house is located in a very convenient location -- only 10 minute drive (door to door) from downtown Cabo but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you can fully relax. If you want the ultimate vacation, stay at Casa Stephens. It is 5 star personified!

WOW!One thing I can say is the pictures of Casa Stephens do not do it justice. We recently stayed at this home with a group of friends, and had the time of our lives. It was so awesome to be able to wake up in the morning after sleeping in the most comfortable beds, and being able to step outside and be that close to the ocean. Breathtaking to say the least. The house is immaculate! The staff is wonderful! The location of this home is perfect, and very close to downtown. I will never stay anywhere else again when visiting Cabo! This place is a 10+++.

WOW, AMAZING!!!! We knew the house was going to be nice, but I would say it is Amazing. From the moment you drive up, the house is inviting and you notice the remarkable details. As you walk through the front door it invites you into a large living space, with a direct view of the ocean. Step into the backyard and you will consider never leaving the house, no matter how many activities you think you are going to do in Cabo. As you take it all in, you will begin to enjoy the details they put into the house and outdoors. Everything in the house is high quality and the beds are so comfortable. To top it all off, the Support Staff is amazing. Anything we needed they would get and in a timely manner. The Punta Bellena complex is very nice, including access to the beach club provided with the house and the near proximity of the Esperanza Resort, but walk around the private residences and I dare you to find a better location than Casa Stephens. Direct view of the shoreline, not just an ocean view, open the windows to fall asleep to the waves like they are right there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

When we arrived at Casa Stephens e were amazed- the house was actually more beautiful than th epictures, we had high expectations on arrival and all of them were not only met but exceeded. The Service was phenomenal, every one of our wishes and requests were met by the excellent staff. Having access to the beach club also sets this house apart from the other rental properties, we mostly spent time at the house but it was nice to have an option of a change of venue and the beach club can rival any 5 star hotel. Our large group was able to pursue all of our varied interests, we went golfing, went fishing for the day, spent a day in town shopping and had a birthday celebration dinner at the adjacent Esperanza hotel.

We had a family reunion at Casa Stephens in February, 2008 and it was great. Effectively ocean front (empty lot in front), nice layout, top quality everything. We are planning a return reunion again this February!

My wife and I spent a week at Casa Stephens expecting a well deserved retreat from the stress of balancing a career and raising a family. We received much more. The views are breath taking, the amenities are five-star, and the romance was second only to the secluded Swiss Alpine Village we chose for our Honeymoon. Each day we enjoyed a different activity (Golf, Swimming w/ Dolphins, Boating, and Shopping) all coordinated by the Concierge. We both used the open air gym and my wife took advantage of the Spa at the Beach club. I highly recommend Casa Stephens to everyone. My wife and I will certainly return in the future.

We visited Cabo and stayed at this casa and have say it was absolutley perfect. The house was spotless and we especially enjoyed not only the view of the ocean but being able to observe whales while sitting by the pool. My daughter is planning to be married soon and we are giving the newlyweds an all expense paid honeymoon to this exact location. Its a special place for a special getaway.

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to have traveled around the world at many five star resorts. We must say that our stay at this beautiful casa in Cabo San Lucas was our absolute favorite. The peace and tranquility completely envelopes you, from the crashing waves to the beautiful sunsets. The location cannot be topped. The house was kept immaculate by a friendly and first class crew of Esperanza's best. We would recommend this house to the most discerning of tastes. Five star all the way! We will come back for years to come.

After staying at this beautiful, stunning property i wanted to pass on information to anyone thinking about traveling to Cabo. This piece of real estate is absolutely gorgeous. Its located in a perfect spot. The property has a stunning view and the pool and outside amenities are fantastic. The inside is very well done with great taste. Linens and bathroom decor are top shelf. The staff was fantastic, very helpfull and pleasant! As far as our vacation went we could of not dreamed of a more beautiful place to stay.
