You will walk in and be able to look directly at the sunshine on the ocean! The living space is clean, bright and open and offers room to be together! The bedrooms are well placed for a nap even when you have a full house!
Gracious master suite with king-sized bed and private full bath (TV); large 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and private full bath and 3rd bedroom can accommodate 3 with 2 twin beds and a large daybed and also has a private bath. The den can be closed off with double doors for late TV watchers who like to sleep on the couch! Large, bright eat-in kitchen - open to the living room and in full view of the ocean. Separate dining room for warm family gatherings adjacent to the kitchen with option to close door to kitchen for more formal dining. Separate laundry with full-size washer and super fast dryer! Two reserved garage parking spaces. Beach towels provided!
The very best part of this unit is the glassed in terrace! It is a perfect place to watch the sunrise and read in the sitting area, have breakfast at the table or apply your sunscreen before you hit the beach. There is also a bar area with an ice maker for entertaining, all on the terrace! This is a great place to take a nap, watch dolphins or an approaching rainstorm. Crowd free!
This is a perfect vacation getaway but with all the comforts and convenience of groceries, restaurants and fish markets. You can even check your e-mail and enjoy WiFi at no cost. It's also a half-hour's drive south to the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, for a day of site seeing or an evening of dining. Taking a walk on the beach is your choice since you will be located 2 miles south of Ponte Vedra Inn and Club and 1 mile north of the Sawgrass Beach Club!

Mother's Day Get-a-Way 2011

Each year, my sister's, brother and I, travel from New Jersey, North Carolina and Georgia, to spend Mother's Day week (5-7 night) with our Mom (84 years of age), at a beach location. We certainly consider this as our 2nd home, for it has all of the comforts of home. Mom has the Master bedroom and feels like a queen. The location is idea and conveniently located to St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach. My family & I spent the day in each and we were ready to relax when we returned. The Condo has a perfect open-layout plan and the spaciousness is tops. The view from the moment you enter, is awesome, and the glassed-in terrace is perfect for naps, relaxing and late night conversation. The ocean is only a few steps away, and the beach is perfect for bike riding, kite flying and long walks. This is our 2nd stay and we feel like family. This is the only place we will consider for this special time with Mom. Share the Love with family! It's great.

Betty and her family enjoyed a family gathering in celebration of Mother's Day. We heard they really enjoyed the location and being able to spend a day in St. Augustine! We hope to be a part of their family tradition!
