  My daughter, 8 year old granddaughter, and I had the pleasure in staying at this beautiful condominium from June 6 - 13 this summer. Everything about the experience was outstanding. First of all, the owners Judy and Paul Alexa are simply wonderful people and so nice to work with. The master bedroom is huge. We appreciated the separation between the bedrooms to afford privacy...those who want to get up early can do so and not wake the other party. The balcony which faces the ocean expands the entire width of the condo, accessible from living room or master bedroom. The furnishings are comfy and attractive. A variety of restaurants are nearby. The setting is perfect. However, the highlight of the trip was the thrill my granddaughter had at SPLASH park. Occasionally she'd venture out of there to visit the many other swimming pools, especially the "lazy river" pool, but SPLASH was a thrill for the kids. It's a dream family vacation...let the kids play in the pool and you take a romantic walk along the beach.Thanks, Paul and Judy, for creating a memorable experience! : )

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and the owners are absolutely wonderful to deal with. The owners make the entire rental process so easy. Not having to deal with the front desk the entire trip was wonderful. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and the kids really enjoyed the pools and the water park area. They spent every possible moment they could in the pools. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

  It was great experience! Every morning, my family woke up at dream world. Last morning, my daughter, 6 yrs, was crying. I think she fall in love with SPLASH. I appreciate that let us stay perfect place.

  This was our third time to stay at Splash. It has always been so amazing. The condo is always beautiful and filled with anything you could need. The view from the balcony is awesome. We could not of picked a better place to stay. There was lots of extras to make getting into town extra Welcoming, like Coffee and wonderful soaps and  lotions in the bathroom. Each time we came in for the day or evening we felt so blessed to be staying at Splash. We would recommend 1806 W to all of our friends and family! Erica and Adam

  We stayed here for a week with our 2yo 9 month old and my mother in law, the place was great! Everyone enjoyed themselves, there was even something for the littlest one to enjoy. We spent a good amount of time on the beach but the splash pad was the ultimate hit. We will definitely be returning.

  JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU FOR LETTING US ENJOY YALL BEAUTIFUL CONDO! WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. WE ARE ALREADY TALKING ABOUT GOING BACK NEXT YEAR, EXCEPT NEXT YEAR WE WILL BE STAYING LONGER!   Had an excellent stay. Our stay was short but I received the owners full attention and assistance getting the reservation finalized. Excellent condo with a great view of the Gulf. Getting in and out is easy as you receive a door code to the condo; no hassle with checking in or out at the front desk. Would recommend dealing with this owner without hesitation.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our stay at Splash was the best time we've had with our family on vacation so far. My son is 7 and my daughter is 4. My kids like the beach but love the pool and the pool areas were wonderful. They never got bored and we felt comfortable in the condo, like it was home. The wii was very convenient. I was a little leary about staying on the 18 floor but the view was spectacular and the kids thought it was really neat being up that high. The beach area was a little cramped with people but this has to be expected at the this time of year. This is a great family place.

  We spent 5 wonderful days in your condo and enjoyed every minute! We have stayed at many places and all votes on the way home was this the best so far! The price was reasonable and we (2 adults 5 kids) were very comfortable and had everthing we needed for a truely relaxing vacation. We hope to be back very soon! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

  Stayed with family for one week in April. Condo was as described and was very comfortable. Some minor issues to make you aware. First it was very easy to hear the chairs move in the unit above. Splash could use one more elevator in each tower as there could be some long waits. The owners were very easy to work with and I have had several emails back and forth about the condo and they are friendly and responded quickly. Would recommend this condo to families especially ones with smaller kids.
