We spent 5 wonderful days in your condo and enjoyed every minute! We have stayed at many places and all votes on the way home was this the best so far! The price was reasonable and we (2 adults 5 kids) were very comfortable and had everthing we needed for a truely relaxing vacation. We hope to be back very soon! Stayed with family for one week in April. Condo was as described and was very comfortable. Some minor issues to make you aware. First it was very easy to hear the chairs move in the unit above. Splash could use one more elevator in each tower as there could be some long waits. The owners were very easy to work with and I have had several emails back and forth about the condo and they are friendly and responded quickly. Would recommend this condo to families especially ones with smaller kids.

The resort was enjoyable, but we had a few things that could be better. We were told to expect parking passes on the counter upon arrival. There were none to be found, but after searching we found some and filled them out ourselves. The master bedroom needs new sheets as the ones there now are knotted up from usage. There were no sheets availible for the pull out bed, so we had to use the two extra comforters for that. Would have also been nice for a dishwasher tablet to be left so we could start dishwasher. Other than these small items our stay in the unit was wonderful and would recommend it to anyone.

Owner response:Thank you very much for your response! We had just switched to a new cleaning staff and we have informed them of your suggestions. Now parking passes are laid out for our guests and we had them buy dishwasher tablets for each of our guests. We also made sure that they put additional sheets in the main room under the TV on the shelves. We also bought all new sheets for the unit. Thanks again for the suggestions!!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We enjoyed all that Splash had to offer. From the 2 pools to the lazy river ride and water play area. The ocean is just steps away. The condo was very comfortable and with the addition of Wii.....that was a great added benefit. Thanks again.

My mom and I took our 5 kids to stay for the first time at SPLASH, and we all loved it! The description is exactly right of the property, and we couldn't have asked for nicer or more helpful owners!! Fun Family Vacation

My family stayed a week in this condo and it was great. We have three kids ranging from 3-10 in ages and Splash was the perfect place for kids. From all the activites at Splash and the Wii in our condo, our kids where more than entertained. Thanks for letting us share our family time with you.

Thanks to Paul and Judy for a fabulous vacation experience! We loved the condo as well as the location. Our 18 year old daughter and her friend especially loved being right on the beach. My husband and I loved the balcony with the sunshine and fresh air and a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so convenient to good eating and shopping spots but also well equipped for cooking a meal there. Nice to have a choice! We did both! We will definitely do this again. It was the most relaxing vacation ever! It was everything the website said it was and more. The owners were exceptionally nice to deal with.

Nice and Relaxing Holiday at the Beach!

My family and I really loved this condo and the Splash resort as a whole. The balcony was huge and we enjoyed watching the stingrays swimming around in the ocean. We would highly recommend this condo and Splash to anyone wanting a nice place to stay on the beach. The owners were very easy to work with also, especially since we booked last minute on a holiday. They were very quick to respond to my email about booking this condo, and they were very nice and helpful. Also, the staff at Splash were all very friendly. We were very pleased with our stay.

1st condo rental

First time to rent a condo, and we really enjoyed the experience. It was so easy and fast to make the resevations. The room was great, the VIEW - breathtaking. We rented the 3rd week of Sept-2009. Did this for our Son and Daughter-in-law and it was the first time to the Beach for our 19mo old Grandson. We had a blast. Grandson loved the water and we might even buy here. I reccomend that if you are cosidering a Condo rental, that you check here first

My daughter, 8 year old granddaughter, and I had the pleasure in staying at this beautiful condominium from June 6 - 13 this summer. Everything about the experience was outstanding. First of all, the owners Judy and Paul Alexa are simply wonderful people and so nice to work with. The master bedroom is huge. We appreciated the separation between the bedrooms to afford privacy...those who want to get up early can do so and not wake the other party. The balcony which faces the ocean expands the entire width of the condo, accessible from living room or master bedroom. The furnishings are comfy and attractive. A variety of restaurants are nearby. The setting is perfect. However, the highlight of the trip was the thrill my granddaughter had at SPLASH park. Occasionally she'd venture out of there to visit the many other swimming pools, especially the "lazy river" pool, but SPLASH was a thrill for the kids. It's a dream family vacation...let the kids play in the pool and you take a romantic walk along the beach.Thanks, Paul and Judy for creating a memorable experience! : )

Excellent place to stay. Multiple places for the children to play and keep there time occupied. Close to all the shopping and on the beach,just cant beat it. The only negitive was the elevator kept breaking. Nice room with a great view. 5 star stay.

We stayed at this condo from 6-20 to 6-27. It was great!We all loved the condo. The kids loved the WII system!Pools were great and designed with children in mind. The owners were great to work with. We would definately love to stay at Splash again.

An Exceptional Vaction Expereience

This Condo and resort were absoultely incrediable. The perfect place to bring your family and children. The owners Judy and Paul were so nice and so helpful. Not only was the condo in top of the line condtion but it offered all the comforts of home. The Master had a great veiw of the ocean and we slept more comfortably then we do at our own home. Even the bedding was outstanding. This was our first trip back to Fl after lossing our 5yr old son. We wondered how we could ever return to a place that he had love so much without him. We are just so thankful that we chose this specail place for our vaction. Our own children had so much fun that we rarely left the resort becuase there was so much for them to do there. We had such a power spiritual and healing vaction. There also are great places to eat and plenty of room on the patios for grilling and entertaining. The Condo was clean and comfortable. We new it was nice before going becuase we had looked at the pictures but when we actually arrived it was so awesome that it took my breath away. I just wantted to say Thank you to Judy and Paul for providing such a wonderful vaction home for my family.

We had a great time at Splash. This is a beautiful condo. The water park and swimming pools are great! The location of this property is awsome outside of the traffic on Front Beach Pkwy. The owners of this condo were very nice and were more than reasonable on price. We will be staying here and renting from this owner soon. Highly recommended!

We just got back from a great vacation at the Splash Resort. It was awesome. There is something for everyone to do! This condo was especially nice and the kids loved the Wii. We will be going back!

This condo is gorgeous! We had the best time staying here. All the amenities in the condo and in the complex are wonderful. The beds are so comfortable and there are railings for the bed provided if you have littles ones. The views from the balcony are amazing. This condo is a very nice size and homelike. We went down in November and it was still very comfortable on the beach and in the heated pool. This place is the the perfect place for a family get away. There is so much to do in and around the complex. The sunset walks on the beach are amazing. We are already planning another trip back. This is one of the nicest condos I have ever seen. I would and have recommended it to family members and friends!
