Come and enjoy a dream vacation in this beautiful direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom 3 bath condo! Hear the sounds of the ocean from the second floor balcony. Our unit is exceptionally furnished with all brand new high quality furniture.
Why choose us?? Because we have the most spectacular direct oceanfront views on Daytona Beach! The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from both living room and master bedroom suite. Master bedroom includes a King size bed, 42" Plasma TV, Chair and Ottoman, walk-in closet, large bathroom with oversized garden bathtub, separate walk-in shower. Bath towels included throughout. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, 42" Plasma TV and the third bedroom has a full bed and a twin day bed with trundle. Large closets and dressers in each bedroom. There are two additional bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The gameroom includes a powered bar, bumper pool, poker table with Harley Davison poker chips, office desk and an armoire that contains all of your beach towels and supplies. The living room has a leather sectional and a 48" plasma TV.
The building features secured entrance, secured underground parking, a large community room with a big screen TV, pool table and unsecured WiFi connection. Across the hall is an exercise room overlooking the pool deck and beach. There are two heated swimming pools, 2 heated jacuzzis. We are 5 miles from Daytona International Speedway, 2 miles from the Daytona pier, 90 minutes from DisneyWorld, Universal Studios and SeaWorld, 60 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and Historic St. Augustine
Pets allowed with prior owner approval.
NOTE: The declaration of condominium of Towers Grande requires a two (2) week minimum rental term. No unit may be leased for a period of less than two (2) weeks. Also, not more than eight (8) persons may occupy a unit at one time. These restricitons are strictly enforced. From day one we really enjoyed our stay.Everything we wanted was here.The rooms are comfortable and private for three couples . Everyone has their own bath and TV.The convenience of having the washer/dryer was a definite plus.We enjoyed the clean pools and hot tubs. The beach access and the walk to downtown are perfect.You are close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away that you are not bothered by the hectic activity of bike week.

We have been so pleased with this particular condo, we decided to stay here again this year. The owner is extremely easy to reach, and also his rental staff. The condo is beyond words, and the photos do not do it justice. The furnishings are better than home and it is loaded with tons of surprises (surround sound, flat screens, IP Docks, Margarita Machine, poker table, TONS of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach/pool toys, etc). There are numerous bathroom towels and a washer & dryer in the unit as well. The kitchen is very large, with new granite countertops. Everything you need to cook with is provided & past guests leave hidden treasures in the pantry and cabinets for your future use. The entire layout is perfect, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We ate many a meal out on the nicely furnished deck too! Being on the 2nd floor it is very easy to come and go to either of the large pools or beach. The other tenants are very friendly and we simply feel like we are in heaven when we visit. The grocery store (and liquor store) are within walking distance. The free parking spot inside under the buidling (accessed by your own garage door remote) is another wonderful perk. I am an avid VBRO user, however this condo by fars exceeds all I have had the opportunity to stay and vacation within. Casey - you know what you are doing! Thank you so much for your hospitality & sharing the condo with my family in 2009 and 2010! We will see you again soon my friend.
