    We stayed in this great cottage for 16 nights. The location was superb (2 roads from Pine Ave, walking distance to the Gulf beaches,the Bay and shops, bars and restaurants). The large back garden had sun all day and quality outdoor furniture. The beds were large and comfortable and both bedrooms have TVs. There is a large flat screen TV in the lounge and 2settees which are new and good quality. Kitchen,bathroom and laundry all older style but in keeping with the cottage and all worked well. The owner is keen to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and was easy to contact.We will definitely want to return.

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

    Anna Maria Island is an ideal vacation destination for anyone looking to relax and unplug; families or couples. The town of Anna Maria on A.M.I. has a great island vibe, slow paced easy going atmosphere without the hustle & bustle of a major tourist location. There are some nice locally owned shops & restaurants, but the main attraction is the beach. The primary purpose of a trip here is to beach bum it at a gorgeous white sand beach with warm gulf waters. I highly recommend the town of Anna Maria on this island; as the other two towns on the island have what I’ve described above but are more busy and congested. The main perks of the town of Anna Maria itself are that it’s predominantly residential, picturesque tropical town, and the beaches are public but in effect private because there is no public parking near the beaches (no overcrowding – huge plus in my book). This leads me into the accommodations at 311 Magnolia # B. First off; Cindy is a true pleasure to do business with; she provides excellent customer service & has a genuine interest in your comfort & pleasure. The property itself is even better than advertised. You get what you see as listed, but it’s slightly bigger than you’d imagine, well maintained & very clean. We have a family of five & had more than enough space. The bedrooms are big enough & either/or fits a crib. The couch in the living area is comfy enough to sleep on if desired/needed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils & appliances. Plenty of towels & linens are provided. The washer & dryer is a great amenity to have when you're back & forth from the beach each day. The lanai is great for relaxing outside in the evening bug free. The semi-private fenced in back yard is a good play area for kids; there's a patio as well w/ a shaded table & chairs for snacks & beverages for adults to enjoy the weather - grill on site as well. Property is a SHORT 2 block walk to the gulf beach, we did every day with young children and it was no problem at all. This property is a very affordable, comfortable, above average residence in a great island town with a gorgeous beach. We fell in love with Anna Maria & can’t wait to return! The island location, town, and beach speak for themselves; but the icing on the cake in regards to falling in love w/ A.M.I. was the comforts of a good home to reside during our stay and 311 Magnolia provided just that.     Quiet residential neighborhood. Short walk to beach on either side. Close to restaurants, fishing pier, general store, ice cream parlor. Clean and comfortable. Photos accurately represent the property. Would definitely recommend this property.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Property is centrally located on Anna Maria. Walk to the beach, middle of the village or to the City Pier. Location couldn't be better. Price was commensurate with the property and a very comfortable, well equipped duplex. Equipped with all wireless connections. Would recommend to my friends and would definitely return.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

    We spent a great week on this unit (311 Magnolia ave, AMI). The unit was very clean, great location not only near the beach but very close to the few places in north AMI one can actually do some basic shopping. The general Store, the Sandbar rest. , and Ginny rest. are just a couple of minutes away. This unit was perfect for us..it had all the basic needs inside the unit, had a small but very nice covered back porch, essentials for the beach like chairs, floats etc and most importantly two great bikes. The bikes alone, which is the preferred form of transportation in the quiet north side of the island, did it for us. We will definatetly come back.

    We can say only nice things about our stay. The place is very nice, our two teenagers had a Wi Fi connection, we had a lots of channels to watch on TV. Great location!!! Close to stores and breathtaking beach. Everything you need is right there. Two bikes, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc. The owner really cares about his renters. Very easy and nice communication with the owner! We really enjoyed our stay.

    We rented this cottage for almost the whole month. We have three kids and the house was clean, beautiful and enough big for us, . It was a fantastic trip in many ways thanks to the convenient comfortable house in great location. When you enter the house you can immediately see and feel that the owner cares about you and your needs. Everything is ready for comfortable life including beach toys and bicycles. Location is perfect - steps to the beach, to restaurants, to shopping and yet peaceful and quiet neighborhood. In addition to that the house is very nicely decorated. Thank you Cindy we'll be back !     Staying here absolutely enhanced my vacation experience in Anna Maria. The place itself is very clean and nicely decorated and includes more ameneties than other places that I have stayed on the island, including landline phone w/unlimited long distance calling, WIFI, TV w/cable and DVR, and washer and dryer. It is so close to the best section of beach, and a block or so from the quaintest little village square and within short walking distance of great restaurants. A very quiet and 'laid-back' part of the island.....I felt very safe taking walks after dark. The owner is so nice and helpful and will do anything to insure my visit is trouble-free and all that a great vacation can be. I always look forward to my visit here every year and go home feeling like I truly had a 'vacation'.

    Stayed in beautiful Anna Maria cottage for 2 weeks in January with husband and two children. What a beautifully decorated cottage. Very laid back place to vacation. Great place for family memories. We enjoyed sitting out back at night, small children don't allow for late nights out and about, and relaxing with a cold drink in hand. We wouldn't stay anywehre else!

    Perfect location. This is our 3rd year staying here. Cute beach house 2-1/2 blocks to Gulf of Mexico, 2-1/2 blocks to Tampa Bay. A block or 2 to a free island trolley, many restaurants and city pier within a few blocks walk. Close to shops, island store, community center. Wireless internet, big gas grill. Highly recommend it.
