** Calling all Families ** Don't waste your money on several motel/hotel rooms with only 2 beds and hopefully adjoining rooms. Our cottage is the right size and most affordable. 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a double sleeper sofa and a living room sofa will hold your crew. You can even put a few on the floor. The kitchen is all set for quick meals and cold drinks. Just imagine... beautiful sunny day, kids swimming in the pool, the grill fired up and you...sitting on the patio staring at the view. Family time at it's best. Earlier that day you were pulling the kids on the tube behind the boat and thinking how tired they will be and how soon they will fall asleep. Then it's your turn in the hot tub. With a drink and music, you are all set. You don't have to go anywhere to have fun. You're there!
Don't forget to watch the fish when the sun goes down. They love the underwater lights. And you never know who else might show up. We've seen jellyfish, stingrays, gar, small shark and catfish. Not to mention, mullet jumping around you.
You will be in the perfect area for boating. Fisherman will love this! Restaurants just around the corner for lunch. Crab Island isn't far and the bayou is the right size to play around in and those on the dock can still watch you. Jet ski's are welcome as well.
Small housetrained pets welcome in OFF SEASON with $50 fee per dog/cat, please limit to 2 max. There is a 3 sided fence (the seawall does not have a fence) for the front and back for your furry friends. Sorry, no pets April-September
** NO PETS IN SPRING-SUMMER~ We strive for a clean property. Spring and summer we schedule back to back reservations. Would you want to sleep where someone else's sandy wet dog laid? Imagine 10 sandy wet dogs. Add "accidents" on top and my level of clean can't be maintained. Therefore, pets are not allowed during the peak season.
You just can't go wrong with our cottage. We enjoy it over and over again. Can't wait to share it with you.

Why the Owner Chose Fort Walton Beach
We love being on the water. When this cottage became available, we jumped on it. We needed a place to stay while working in the area, and a place to keep our boat. We love being able to hop on it and head out for a cruise. Being in Destin is one thing, being on the water in Destin is a treat on it's own!! We can go on a dolphin cruise every night.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The cottage is the perfect size for us. Not too big, not too small. Plenty of elbow room for our family. We love sitting on the deck watching the boat activity and dolphins. The kids love the pool. We thought since we enjoyed it so much and our friends enjoyed it so much, that you would too. Sit back and relax....you're on vacation!!
