** Calling all Families ** Don't waste your money on several motel/hotel rooms with only 2 beds and hopefully adjoining rooms. Our cottage is the right size and most affordable. 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a double sleeper sofa and a living room sofa will hold your crew. You can even put a few on the floor. The kitchen is all set for quick meals and cold drinks. Just imagine... beautiful sunny day, kids swimming in the pool, the grill fired up and you...sitting on the patio staring at the view. Family time at it's best. Earlier that day you were pulling the kids on the tube behind the boat and thinking how tired they will be and how soon they will fall asleep. Then it's your turn in the hot tub. With a drink and music, you are all set. You don't have to go anywhere to have fun. You're there!

Don't forget to watch the fish when the sun goes down. They love the underwater lights. And you never know who else might show up. We've seen jellyfish, stingrays, gar, small shark and catfish. Not to mention, mullet jumping around you.

You will be in the perfect area for boating. Fisherman will love this! Restaurants just around the corner for lunch. Crab Island isn't far and the bayou is the right size to play around in and those on the dock can still watch you. Jet ski's are welcome as well.

Small housetrained pets welcome with $50 fee per dog/cat, please limit to 2 max. There is a 3 sided fence (the seawall does not have a fence) for the front and back for your furry friends.

You just can't go wrong with our cottage. We enjoy it over and over again. Can't wait to share it with you.

There were no issues and my Califorina family loved it. Everything is well maintained and very new. Stay here! you will like it much more than condos in Destin!

  • We loved the cottage and grounds!! The dock and pool/spa set up were awesome. It's location on the bayou was perfect for us -- we were there for a family reunion and it was just across the bayou from my parents house. We got in lots of great water time on our jet skis -- you just can't beat Ft. Walton Beach for sun, beach and water time!! The cottage was great, much cleaner and nicer than what we've stayed in before... we were very pleasantly surprised. I feel we got a bargain, and will have to fight off other family members to stay there during our reunion next year!!

There are not many places you can find a home large enough for a large family, pool and hot tub out the back door, beautiful bay with a fabulous boat dock, grocery store across the street, and beaches within minutes, not to count a great price. The pictures do not do the place justice. We will return, hopefully this summer.

  • We had the best time at your cottage. Not only was the house perfect, the water access was GREAT. Not many places allow you to bring a boat. This was great. The top deck was so relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. We'll be back!
