Recently added dock and boat lift provides parking for your 28 foot or smaller boat(On Site Boat Rental Available--call for details). Bring your favorite rod and reel and fish the Gulf's bounty including tarpon, snook, redfish, sea trout, grouper and many others. Kayak rentals are also available just around the corner.
Enjoy our bike path that goes almost the entire length of our 17 miles long island. If you are interested in a more relaxing experience, enjoy the local shops or dine and relax at a number of local waterfront restaurants.
There is a local community pool that is great! It has a diving board and there is also a playground for the kids.

Year Purchased: 2004
Kevin and Stella are residents of Cape Coral; a nearby, more urban city. The original structure was destroyed in Hurricane Charlie. This new structure was added as well as a new dock with lift in 2004.

The Unique Benefits of this House
When you relax on the back deck you can see and hear fish jumping. Great fishing right in the backyard. Ocassionally, you can see dolphins or manatees in the canal as well.
