This newly remodeled,comfortable townhouse, is located on beautiful Tripp Lake in the Green Mansion Country club. The private, non-motorboat, clear spring-fed lake is just a few steps from your door. A small private beach for townhouse use only is a few yards away. The first-floor living room and patio, and second-floor master bedroom with balcony provide beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills and woodlands.


A larger sandy beach with large roped swimming areas,lounge chairs, umbrellas, playground, floating rafts, and lifeguard is just across the lake. Canoes, rowboats, and paddleboats are available at no extra cost. Ten har-tru tennis courts are on site, and a nine-hole golf course and club house are located directly across the street. The golf course also provides an area for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding in the winter. The lake provides good pike and bass fishing.

Inside the townhouse, on the first floor, you will fine a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, and half bath. The upstairs has three bedrooms, and a full bath with double sinks and tub/shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Renters provide own linens.

This convenient townhouse is centrally located to all of the adventure that the Adirondacks are famous for! Yet, it is located in a quiet, low traffic area to allow for peaceful relaxation.

Lake George, along with its theme parks, outlet shopping, gift stores, and restaurants, is only 15 minutes away. Saratoga Springs, with its race track, mineral springs, upscale shops, and performing arts centers, is approximately 30 minutes away. In the immediate area are numerous restaurants, antique stores, artisans, and quaint shops. Stores to fit your routine needs (grocery, drugstore, hardware, etc.) are also within a five- to ten-minute drive. And do not forget the famous "world's biggest garage sale" held every fall just five minutes away in Warrensburg, New York.

Recreational opportunities are almost endless in the Adirondacks. Within a 20-minute drive you will find Gore mountain - with skiing and gondola rides for all seasons, dozens of hiking trails, mountain bike trails, snowmobile trails in the winter, horseback riding, white-water rafting, motorboat rentals and waterskiing, scenic train rides, unique stone and cave exploration sites, and almost anything else you can think of!
