We spend 4 nights at this property including Christmas eve. Overall I would rate this as a good quality property. The only issue we had was internet connection. It was not working and in spite of my several emails to the property manager, it was not fixed ( She tried to help us but we needed someone from the cable company to provide instruction or repair, and it was not arranged), We had to create our own hot spot using mobile internet so everyone could use internet and it was quite expensive. In terms of nightly rate, I believe the rate can be reduced a bit based on other available options in the area with ski in-out feature, however it was not a significant factor to complain about. Hot Tub worked well, heating system was efficient, and the neighborhood was quite and nice and close to the village and lift chairs (a few minutes drive). To recap, except for the internet, we didn't have any surprise, and the property was pretty much what advertised on VRBO (and the information I received from the owner before reservation)
