You can enjoy the morning sun as well as the afternoon shade on the delightfully furnished lanai. You can peek through the palms to view The Groggy Frog and the Island House while listening to the gentle sounds of the Waterfall. The tropical palm tree covered landscaping of Bonita Village is the perfect place to make some life long memories!
Bonita Village is close to everything! You can have your feet in the warm sands of Bonita Beach in as little as 180 seconds, or be shopping at Coconut Point Mall in 10 minutes. This is the second largest open-air mall in the country! If you are a golfer, we have access to a local private country club and be sure to ask us about FREE ACCESS TO 35 AREA GOLF COURSES plus discounted green fees until Oct. 31st! Boaters can be at a local marina in 60 seconds!
Upon your arrival the heated “Beach Entry” Resort Pool and Waterfall will be waiting. The Groggy Frog, our pool side Chickee Hut, will become a frequent hotspot with its’ 2 TV's, casual food and cold beverages, which are offered in season and most weekends. You will find The Groggy Frog is a wonderful place to meet the residents and make new friends. Also, for your enjoyment are two large Spas, and The Island House which host our Fitness Center with Cybex and True equipment, the Internet Café, Billiards Room, plus Game, Media and Social Rooms.
THE BEST PART is the comfort of "Our "Poolside Paradise"! This professionally decorated residence offers all the comforts of upscale living in a relaxed tropical atmosphere. The main living areas and lanai feature porcelain tile floors, granite kitchen counters, and crown molded volume ceilings. The Master Suite offers a King Bed with TV and DVD. The Master Bath has granite dual vanity top, spacious shower and walk-in closet! The Guest bedroom has Twin beds, TV and DVD. For your computer needs, the residence has high-speed wireless internet with Wi-Fi at the Internet Café in The Island House.
Our amenity rich gated community offers something for everyone; whether working out at the Fitness Center, playing Billiards, making friends around the Pools, or even riding the Free Private Beach Shuttle to shell-ladened Bonita Beach! Also available for your sunbathing pleasure is the "Quiet Pool". It is a great place to immerse yourself in that new novel.

Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach
Southwest Florida has the best winter weather! If you are going to Florida why not go where it will be a little bit warmer in the winter and have cool Gulf Breezes in the summer. Bonita Village is centrally located to everything we like doing and the amenities are superb. The Cybex Fitness Center is magnificent! The kids love the Media and Billiards Rooms. It is an awesome place to bring the family!
2 Great Beaches & Doc's Beach House is fun for all. Enjoy grouper sandwiches, cold beverages & great pizza! Our Free Beach Shuttle will take you to any of the 10 FREE beach accesses.
Almost next door to Bonita Village is Rode’s Fresh Fish Market and Restaurant. The market is a convenient service to those staying at Bonita Village and the fish dinners are very good!
This is one of our favorite local restaurants! Its American cuisine will meet your expectations and the service is excellent too!
This is another one of our favorite restaurants! The chef is from Hawaii and his wife runs the dining room and you can expect every dish to be delightful. You will not be disappointed.
The entire family will enjoy the homemade ice cream which is only a few small blocks south of Bonita Village. It may well make the best ice cream in Florida!
Be Your Own Captain and discover the wildlife and beauty of Hickory Bay! The channels are well marked and you can go either direction to Wiggins Pass or New Pass!

We enjoy Bonita Village and the surrounding area so much we can't wait for a break from our profession to getaway! With young children we needed a special place for them to enjoy the water and yet active enough for us to share quality time with our friends. We accomplished those goals at Bonita Village. Our children love the beach entry Resort Pool and we like The Groggy Frog! You will too! Cheers!
