You will be staying only five houses away from both the beach and boardwalk. You can leave the car behind and enjoy all that a summer vacation at the Jersey Shore offers.
Close at hand is the boardwalk, water park, Wonderland Pier, amusements, great restaurants, shopping, and many attractions for everyone of all ages. If you like, Atlantic City, historic Cape May and Cape May County Zoo are also only a short drive away. When you return, off street parking for your cars is found right under your condo.
This modern Condominium offers sleeping for eight with a king-size bed in the master bedroom. Twin beds can be found in each of the other two bedrooms. A queen-size sleeper sofa, two full baths, and an enclosed outside shower are also available. All kitchen amenities are included, such as flatware, glassware, cookware, dishware, and storage containers.
However you decide to spend your time, you can be sure you will create many lasting memories in Ocean City, New Jersey, a great family vacation destination!
DEPOSITS AND PROCEDURE: A $300 Deposit is required in order to reserve your week or weeks. This would then become your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreements. 1/2 payment would be due in one month and the balance would be due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to reserve your week or weeks. We must receive this deposit within five days of reservation of the week. If the deposit is not received within the five day period, the week will remain open.
