  We had a wonderful Family Time in Terre Verde. The four bedroom townhouse was perfect for ourselves, our son and daughter in-law and two grandchildren. Absolutely everything that you need and want is already there. A spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and furnished home. Couldn't be better! The Club House, heated pool, well run tiki bar with lovely walkways around the lake, it's all there. Looking forward to our next stay at Terre Verde.

  At Villa Valencia we really did have the times of our lifes. We stayed there three families; six adults, two teenagers and three kids, and the place easily could have housed more. The three families were infact mine, my sister's and our parents and the main concern before the trip was whether it was a good idea for all of us to live under one roof. As it turns out, the villa is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy some privacy if needed; the common area is large and the rooms are spread out in a way that nobody felt crowded. We used the game room less than we had anticipated, propably because the patio and pool were always so much more inviting. The Villa was very clean and had everything that we needed and more. The location is wonderful. We have stayed in Orlando before, just off International Drive, but this location beats that in my opinion. The lively US-192 has everything one needs; stores and restaurants and we felt no need to go into Orlando except for when we visited the amusement parks. The Terra Verde resort is also very hard to match; very clean and safe with a 24hr guard at the gate and a community center with a large pool, gym, game room, bar and a playground for the kids (along with a basketball halfcourt and a ping pong table). I feel I must say something negative so this doesn't sound like a paid review :) - The club house could have done with a small grocery store or a bakery or something else for milk, bread etc. Lastly, I have to mention the owner, Gary. We became somewhat of pen-pals in the months between booking and the trip itself. He usually answered the same day and every query I had was answered in a way that he really should consider a career as a concierge :) We have travelled a lot in USA, Europe and Asia and this accommodation is propably the best we have had, including 5 stars hotels.

  If you are looking for a 6 bedroom villa conveniently located to Disney and the other theme parks then look no further. This villa has all the modern amenities that one has come to expect. The furnishings are very stylish as if the owners actually lives here and not just rents the house. If I didn't know better I would have felt like I was house sitting for a friend. Gary the owner was available throughout the process to answer any questions I had and the Hayes company was very responsive once in Florida. Other family members rented a house in the same complex and they were very jealous of our house. It's not to say that their house was bad it's just that Villa Valencia is over the top in quality. I really can't express how satisfied I was with this property. A concern I did have was that the owner was located out of country but I'm glad I got over that. This house was truly remarkable. To have this house to come home to after a long day at the parks was a dream come true. The kids actually didn't want to leave the pool on some days to venture to the parks they were having so much fun. The complex itself has a nice charm and everyone is respectful of others privacy. It is a gated community which provided a sense of security. There is absolutely nothing wrong I can say about this property and I find myself to be very critical. I was very impressed.   We have recently returned from a two week vacation at this property. Our family rented two villas quite close. This one was certainly the best of the two with all the attention to detail. Right from finding the property on the website and contacting the owner Gary we knew this was going to be the place for us. We were six adults and two young children, so we had plenty of room. The kids and the men loved the games room. We ladies spent most of our time by the pool watching the wildlife by the lake. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you could want and more than you would expect from a rental property. The TV's in every bedroom were great. Although we didn't have much time for watching them. We spent most of our evenings outside by the pool with the rest of our family. Seating out there for about 14, while we had our BBQs. We have rented many villas in florida over the last 20 years and I can safely say this was the best. Home from home. We didn't have time to get to the club house. Maybe next time. We would certainly recommend this property. The resort is in a good position for no mater what you want from your vacation, be it Disney or just shopping. Walmart is just a 5 min drive. All the fun of Disney just 15 to 20 mins away. We were very sorry to leave when out two weeks ended, but look forward to going back again.

  We stayed at this property in Feb. 2011. We rented this property for 7 days, and enjoyed the extra room, the pool, and the kids particularly liked playing air hockey. TV's in EVERY bedroom and common areas were a pleasant surprise. The management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the pool heat. The resort community had a very friendly staff. The amenities seemed fine (although we didn't go to the Tiki Bar or pool - we had enough fun at the house itself). We were concerned about the distance from Disney, but once we made the drive we no longer had concerns. Plan for about 15 minutes to get to the gates of Disney. Also, be realistic....don't plan on saving money on meals by coming back to the house for lunch or dinner. We saved money on breakfast, but ate lunch and sometimes dinner at the parks because it would have taken 2 hours by the time we took the tram back to the car, drove to the house, ate, and returned to the parks. When we were there the other two properties on either side weren't rented. A family came in on our last day to the right of the property. They swam in their pool, and although we could see their pool area (and they could see ours), we weren't bothered by them at all. The only two draw-backs were shopping and trash days. Places to shop were not an issue - there's plenty, but the crowds at the two Wal-Marts were unbelieveable! But, it is to be expected. Trash days drew a lot of birds (we saw 5 buzzards picking through one person's trash!), and the amount of trash people put on the curb was crazy (we dropped our trash at the dumpster each day - so we never had an issue). Take some time to explore the area to find good places to eat. Like most of Florida, if you go one way on the main tourist road you run into "the slums" (not really the slums, but not safe feeling). If you go the other way, you run into great restaurants, friendly people, and greater choices. We will certainly rent again, and the owner was extremely accomodating and easy to work with. We enjoyed our vacation very much, and our family will have memories that will last a lifetime!

  This place was AWESOME! It was SO clean when we arrived, and so convienent to shopping, food and especially Disney. We were about 10 minutes from the theme parks, never hit any traffic on any day that we went. We had 5 adults and two children staying with us and everyone had their own rooms. The beds and bedding were so soft and comfortable, the TV's in every room were a great bonus! Setting up our stay details with the owner was VERY easy and the correspondence was excellent in ironing out details. Baby proofing everywhere which was excellend for us since our youngest was 18 months. We didn't have to worry about her falling the pool, outlets or the stairs. We loved this place and plan on returning again and again!

  This home is immaculate to the tee. With all the necessities a family needs, I highly recommend this home. The owner and management team are wonderful; answered questions in a timely manner and truly helpful in every way. The home was well equipped, organized, spacious and comfortable for families with/without kids/teens. I will definitely return to this home....it is home away from home.

  This was my fourth annual golf trip to the Kissimmee Area. I travel with 6 other golfers, each year we rent a house for our accommodations. We play several different courses in the area, excellent courses for under $60 per round. Courses played this year were: Remington, Kissimmee Bay CC, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends in Clermont and Deer Run in Casselberry. Favorite restaurants include Manny’s Original Chophouse in Haines City and Raglan Road in Downtown Disney. Owners were very accommodating, answered all my questions timely prior to selecting a villa. Others contacted either did not respond at all or responded without answering my questions. I called the management service a few times during our stay, very receptive and caring over the phone. They obviously do a great job cleaning the villa, spotless when we moved in. This is the first year no one from my group complained about the accommodations. The villa and furnishing were in like new condition. Previous years we actually purchased towels and linen due to the accommodations were below our expectations. Based on the cleanliness and layout of the home we found our selves cooking in more this year than prior years. We took advantage the pool, hot tub, deck and loft area. Our stay was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone searching for a very clean new condition home with all the amenities.
