Enjoy the best views in Seaside from the top deck of this metropolitan home featured in Spanish and German Architectural Magazine. The home includes 3 comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a set of twin beds. We also just added two pullout sofa's for that little extra room that might be needed.
The Master is on the third floor with great views of Seaside and the Gulf. The two twins are on the first floor and the other queen bedroom is located on the second floor. The house prides intself with decks galore and a spacious sitting areas for family and friends on both the second and third floor.
Wireless Internet is provided. We also provide you with either daily pool passes or a set of beach chairs set up every day for your use during the summer season. Roger's lighthouse also provides (4) bikes for your use so no expensive renting of bikes are needed.

Roger's Lighthouse is my family's favorite house in Seaside! It's one of the early Seaside homes, and is featured in books and magazines for its striking architecture. But what keeps us coming back to Roger's (2010 was our fourth or fifth stay) is not so much the architecture itself, and what they did with it: The "shutter room" that's over the front entrance to the house--a great place to relax, even when in the heat of the summer. Even better, the top deck, over the third floor master bedroom--astounding 360 views of Seaside and the water. A great place to hang out in the evening, to enjoy the sunset, and perhaps a cocktail. The location is great--just 2-3 minutes' walk will put your feet on the fine white sand of Seaside. To answer questions suggested by VRBO: • Although I knew the house before finding it on VRBO, the listing description is quite accurate. • It was clean and ready for us when we got there, and maintained as an excellent beach house. • When I had questions before arriving, the owner or his agent were very quick to respond with details. • The four owner-supplied bikes came in very handy, and saved us the high rental fees we'd have had to pay otherwise. In short, the perfect Seaside experience!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at Roger's Lighthouse for 4 nights and had a great time. The location of the house is excellent. Only a few houses from 30 A and the beach access and very close to the city center. While the house has shown some wear (but definitely still up to Seaside standards), it is very spacious and includes all upgraded amenities (wireless internet, flat screen TVs through out the house). The view from the top balcony is amazing. Would recommend staying here.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
