Quaint and cozy, this Bed and Breakfast Cottage with private suites and pool was built in the style of Cape Cod cottages in a quiet neighborhood near beaches, NCC, mansions, town, Cliff Walk!
The Two Bedroom Suite features an open floor plan with spacious living, dining, and kitchen (full) areas. Antiques and wicker are embellished with a floral decor and a small reading library for your reading pleasure. Cheery and comfortable, the Two Bedroom Suite overlooks the in-ground pool and perennial gardens. Flowers from the gardens in every room. Private parking and entrance. Children welcome. Age restrictions unless both suites are rented by one group. Book Early, open year round.
French Country Queen Suite, lovely suite with French cottage accent has sliding French doors that open out to a private porch overlooking the pool (3FT) and gardens. High end sheets, duvet's,a Provencal royal blue tile bath. Guests rate it a "10". Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster in suite. Welcoming refreshments. Breakfast stocked in suite.
Wireless internet access
Many families rent both suites. Private entrances to suites, private off street parking. Grill area, pool house and patio surround the pool and gardens. Located 1/2 mile from First Beach and Cliff Walk, 1 1/4 mile from town, 1/4 mile from Broadway and restuarants.

Excellent stay at the cottage 10/27 - 10/30. The perfect space for our family of four in a great location...not a far drive to the attractions of Newport and not all the bustle of staying "In Town". The cottage was very comfortable and the fridge was very well stocked with breakfast goodies. The owners are lovely people and communication prior to our stay was excellent. A great experience..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

We stayed in the French Country Suite for 2 nights. The suite was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Convenient location. The pool was very warm and clean. The breakfast was very generous and the quiche was wonderful! I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

My family (including my sister and brother in law) had a wonderful weekend at the Reed Rose Cottage. We rented the two bedroom with our kids and my sister and her husband had the french country suite. We had the best of both worlds. My family could swim in the beautiful pool and play games in the pool house while my sister could get some well deserved R&R in the country sweet. We were warmly welcomed with a home made quiche in the fridge that was absolutely delicious along with all the necessities for a fun breakfast. The gardens were wonderful and as my sister said "it was like an oasis". The cottage was clean, well cared for and Charron and Jim were wonderful hosts who made us all very welcomed and at home. We can't wait to visit Newport again and stay at Reed Rose again! Two thumbs up!

Great innkeepers. We felt right at home. Love the personal touches, flowers, newspaper, wine & cheese,coffee ready and stocked refrigerator. French Coutry Suite is gorgeous, three feet from the pool and so private. The gardens are an oasis!!! We're inspired
