One of just a few new construction homes in this historical part of town. The home is thoughtfully designed and is equipped with a wood burning fireplace, a private hot tub, wireless internet connection. Bedrooms: Top floor = 2 master suites (full baths in both, one with king sized bed, the other a queen), a bunk room (one twin and one full). Main floor = one bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Lower level= pullout couch with a full bed and a queen aero bed + a full bath. House includes a TV room with a 50" plasma TV including PS2 video game console, a family room with a 37" plasma TV, a dining room seating 6+ and a kitchen complete with bar/eating station seating 4. The home also features a full laundry room, 4.5 bathrooms, a heated ski equipment room, a one car garage, street parking and a heated driveway. Sleeps 8+. Pack N Play, high chair, and baby gates in home for your use.
7 minute walk to both Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort. Free bus service is also available throughout town or up to Deer Valley Mountain Resort. No car needed once you park in the garage. Transportation services and personal shopping services are also available to stock the house with whatever you need prior to your arrival. Property is managed by the home builder- so all of your questions will be answered and your needs will be met promptly during your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We bought in Park City for the small town feel and charm. I have been to many ski resorts over the years, and many are simply too much like the place we were trying to escape from- which doesn't make for much of a vacation. We specifically wanted to have a home in the heart of Old Town Park City to be able to park our car and not touch it until we had to leave. The home is a short walk to everything you would need.

Beautiful home in a perfect spot. I spent a lot of time researching lodging in and around Park City, UT and choosing the perfect place to stay on any vacation is always tough. Every piece of information helps travelers make the right decision and the owner's description of the property and location were on the money. The house had every detail in which they described and the location could not have been better. In my past experiences these descriptions can be inflated to make a house seem better than what it was, in this case the owner's descriptions were perfect and that was greatly appreciated. The owners were a pleasure to work with the entire time, always returned the phone calls timely, and most importantly returned my security deposit in a timely fashion. (Thank you for that!!) The property was clean and well-maintained and the layout and amenities fit our group of 9 very comfortably. The owner's onsite property manager was also great to work with and helped us with everything we asked; even local recommendations for restaurants and pubs. Excellent responsiveness and customer service throughout the entire process!! I would recommend this group of individuals and property any day to anyone. Everyone was great to work with. Thank you again for everything!!!

We had a great time at your home in Park City. We had one bad day of skiing due to rain but a bad day skiing is better than a good day at work and I know you didn't order the weather. Your property manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The house was comfortable and suited our two families needs very well. I would recommend it to any of my friends because it was very nice, well kept and the location was great. Thanks

Great place, it was very large, modern and completely remodeled. The hot tub was great and it was really a great experience to find a place like this in Park City. There were five of us but I'd also recommend this place for families based on the space.

This was our first time in Park City and we loved everything about it including this house. The location was ideal. We walked to the lifts and walked into town for dinner every night. The house is very warm and comfortable and the landlord is very nice to deal with. We are a family of six and there was more than enough room!

What a wonderful home! The location was perfect - short walk to the slopes and to Main Street. Lots of space and great accommodations. We had 8 adults and an infant and everyone was very comfortable. We loved the radiant heating in the floors – especially the bathrooms. The media room downstairs was a great place to relax after hitting the slopes and the hot tub. Evenings around the fireplace with wine and popcorn were also a big hit! Definitely plan to return.

If you are looking for high end home in walking distance to town this is it. It is brand new, well equiped with a great location. The owner was excellent to deal with, no downsides at all. A great experience
