Two families (4 adults, 5 kids) stayed at end of March. The house is gorgeous, very well maintained and pleasantly decorated and the wood floors (heated) are beautiful. We had plenty of space for the 9 of us and all our gear. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, the hot tub clean (and hot). Lots of linens available. Pretty much everything you need is here. The location is great - easy walk down the hill to main street and restaurants. You could walk to town lift but for us was easier to put our gear in the car and drive 2minutes to Park City Resort (free parking). We have stayed in a lot of VRBO places and this is one of the best. The descriptions/pictures online are very accurate. The owner is super nice and very responsive. I highly recommend this place!
Owner response:Thanks much Anne. Very kind words. Please join us again next year - Bart and Stacy

Had a 4 night stay with some friends who flew in from NYC, SF, and Boston. Converged on this fantastic home for a great time. The place is 5 minutes walking to the Town Lift, restaurants, and shops. House is in brand new shape. Radiant heat keeps you toasty. If you want a well maintained home that comfortably sleeps 6-8 and you want to be in a central location, this is the place. Owner and his manager are very responsive....a plus!
Owner response:thanks Alan. We appreciate the kind words. Glad you got some good conditions. Come back. BB

We had a great time at your home in Park City. We had one bad day of skiing due to rain but a bad day skiing is better than a good day at work and I know you didn't order the weather. Your property manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The house was comfortable and suited our two families needs very well. I would recommend it to any of my friends because it was very nice, well kept and the location was great. Thanks
Owner response:thanks Marty- and congrats on the Auburn victory. It would be great to have you and the family back. Thanks, Bart and Stacy

Outstanding upscale home in a prime location; a short walk to town and the slopes. Our family of six had plenty of room and the owner and property manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We highly recommnd this property to others.
Owner response:thanks for the kind words. Hope to see you again soon. Barton and Stacy

Great place, it was very large, modern and completely remodeled. The hot tub was great and it was really a great experience to find a place like this in Park City. There were five of us but I'd also recommend this place for families based on the space.
Owner response:thanks Brian. Glad you had a nice stay. BB

This was our first time in Park City and we loved everything about it including this house. The location was ideal. We walked to the lifts and walked into town for dinner every night. The house is very warm and comfortable and the landlord is very nice to deal with. We are a family of six and there was more than enough room!

What a wonderful home! The location was perfect - short walk to the slopes and to Main Street. Lots of space and great accommodations. We had 8 adults and an infant and everyone was very comfortable. We loved the radiant heating in the floors – especially the bathrooms. The media room downstairs was a great place to relax after hitting the slopes and the hot tub. Evenings around the fireplace with wine and popcorn were also a big hit! Definitely plan to return.

It was a beautiful home and only a short walk to the heart of Park City and the slopes. The property manager was great to deal with - - made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly suggest. ...only thing we missed was the 22" of snow the day after we left!!
Owner response:Great to have you stay at the house Andrew and crew. Glad you had a fun time. I have tried to control the weather for years, but I don't have the formula down just yet. Working on it. Hope to hear from you again in the coming seasons. BB

Beautiful home in a perfect spot. I spent a lot of time researching lodging in and around Park City, UT and choosing the perfect place to stay on any vacation is always tough. Every piece of information helps travelers make the right decision and the owner's description of the property and location were on the money. The house had every detail in which they described and the location could not have been better. In my past experiences these descriptions can be inflated to make a house seem better than what it was, in this case the owner's descriptions were perfect and that was greatly appreciated. The owners were a pleasure to work with the entire time, always returned the phone calls timely, and most importantly returned my security deposit in a timely fashion. (Thank you for that!!) The property was clean and well-maintained and the layout and amenities fit our group of 9 very comfortably. The owner's onsite property manager was also great to work with and helped us with everything we asked; even local recommendations for restaurants and pubs. Excellent responsiveness and customer service throughout the entire process!! I would recommend this group of individuals and property any day to anyone. Everyone was great to work with. Thank you again for everything!!!
Owner response:Royal Oak group- thanks so much for the kind words. They are much appreciated. I really hope you stay with us again in the coming years. The house was in perfect shape after you left- and we thank you for that. Enjoy the Summer.

My family went to Park City for the first time and stayed at this rental. It was so very clean, plenty of room for our personal things and the beds were very comfortable. The preparation for our stay could not have been better by the owners. Not only instruct on home but also, to the town and the ski school for my 12 y/o daughter to attend during our stay. The walk to the town nor the ski school was far nor difficult. My daughter had an amazing experience at the school as did our family in Park City, much thanks to this beautiful home and all it had to offer! We will stay there again!

I recently stayed in this beautiful home in Park City. The house is furnished beautiful and in good taste. Everything was comfortable and you felt like you were in your own home, except the bed was much more cozy than my own. Walking into town to the shops was no problem for me, I am in my 60's. All in all, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

My family and I arrived to Park City on New Years Eve 2008 for our 6 day stay. We have vacationed in the area many times, but usually stay up in Deer Valley; this was our first experience actually staying in Park City. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this beautiful property. The pictures do not do this amazing home justice. The owner had been very kind and fast to respond to phone calls and emails alike, making the rental process and paperwork very simple. Upon arrival the property manager met me at the home, let me in, showed me around, and was also very nice and informative. The media room with the 50" flat screen TV was the perfect place to relax after hitting the slopes and the HD service was very nice on the eyes for watching the 2008-2009 college bowl games! From the radiant heating in the floors to the hot tub on the back patio to the very well finished kitchen, this home "made" our stay. If you are looking for a place to stay near Main Street, look no further; this is the place.
Owner response:Thanks Brian. We appreciate the kind words and would love to have you and your family back another time. Please keep us in mind every time you come to Park City. Bart and Stacy

What a wonderful retreat! Open main floor is great for gathering. Enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and island with seating where we could cozy around. Bedrooms provided quiet spots to get away from the action--comfy beds too! Great rec room. Be back!
Owner response:Thanks, we appreciate your nice comments as well as your stay at our home. Hope to make you a guest again soon.
