Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath end unit townhome (no one above or below you), with extra windows, located just 4 1/2 miles from Winter Park & Mary Jane Ski Resorts. Fully stocked kitchen, updated appliances, granite tile countertop and slate flooring creates the perfect ambiance for your meals. Vaulted ceiling in the living room, sofa sleeper, cozy wood burning fireplace and awesome views from your private deck. Custom travertine tiles in the entry way and in the bathrooms plus new bath vanities. All linens are provided. There are 3 TV'S plus a library of movies for your enjoyment.
We are Wireless! Bring your laptop. There is a computer in the unit with high speed internet access available for your use during your stay.
Enjoy the amenities of the Meadow Ridge Clubhouse located on the premises. Heated year round pool with towel service provided. No need to take towels from the unit. There are two hot tubs, weight room, racquetball/basketball courts, game room, steam room and spacious coin operated laundry room.
Free shuttle service to & from the towns of Fraser and Winter Park Ski Resort.

Nice & comfy condo close to winter park. The meadow ridge club facilities are nice too! Nice that everybody had their own bathroom! Family from the south had a great time. Great overall experience with this condo. From working with the wonderful owners to laying next to the fire while the snow was dumping out in winter wonderland. Very cozy and roomy condo with all the appliances you need. Enjoyed the hot tub at the clubhouse also. Would recommend this everyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a positive experience from the very beginning (making the reservation) to the end of a wonderful weekend (locking up & heading out was the hardest part)! Very clean, well-furnished, very reasonably priced for all that was included. This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and nice to have 3 bathrooms. The location is great - easy drive to Winter Park and also close to sledding hill. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone. The clubhouse is very nice - although we didn't have too much time to use it. Overall a great place. The decorations were welcoming and made us feel at home. Thank you Trevino's!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family.... including my wife, son, daughter and myself, stayed here in july and it was fantastic. It was better than we had expected and Rich and Norma Trevion answered all of our questions and concerns.... we had a wonderful family vacation that we will remember for the rest of our lives. My son and I connected more than we had in years and it was truly a great vacation filled with memories.... Hats off to the Trevino's... they provided a great place to stay.... This is a great location for seeing Winter Park-the Adventure Park with alpine slide was awesome, Granby/Grand Lake-boating and hiking, Hot Sulpher Springs, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The Safeway is very close for supplies. Hernando's was great for pizza, but call to get on the waitlist if you go on the weekend. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and very well maintained. It was great to have the kitchen and family room on one floor with the privacy of the bedrooms and baths on the levels below and above. The kitchen had everything you could want. The rec center with pool and hot tub is just across the street-very convenient for soaking after a day of hiking. The only negatives were that the stairs were very noisy, and the sprinklers went off at 5 in the am every day with a clang in the pipes that woke us up. The owner was very easy to work with and the deposit was returned with no issues. I would definitely stay here again. FYI, make sure to close and latch the dumpster. We had a 30 minute visit by a bear (we didn't leave it open but someone did) who was enjoying pulling everything out-a box of cornbread mix seemed to be his favorite!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this location from July 3rd through July 10th. The accomodations were everything they were cracked up to be, and then some. The Winter Park area is always a good central location for all kinds of fun. Having 3 bedrooms was very nice, but the three bathrooms were awesome. The kitchen was well equipped and came handy for some occassional home-cooked meals. We are looking forward to a future stay at this site.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo is perfect for our family, with 4 kids! The condo has everything we need, especially in the kitchen!Very convenient location to the ski resort, grocery and restaurants!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
