This unit is a corner unit and has been designed for visitors to feel welcome as they walk in the front door. You will enjoy the comforts that we have provided in this home.

As you enter the door you will be greeted with a view of the open air atrium that has a large fountain and plants. This atrium is surrounded by the entry way living room and family room with large sliding doors.

The living room is very a large and has a open feeling with views of the golf course from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding door to the patio. This room has been furnished in a Tommy Bahama style and has an armorer with a TV that is visible from the living room and kitchen.

The kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances and is furnished with all kinds of cooking equipment and dishes. A large counter separates the living room and kitchen with seating for 5 people.

The outside patio has been enlarged and has two areas for seating with two tables and 8 chairs along with a comfortable sofa seat and ottoman. Great for watching the golfers chipping on the green and putting.

There is a separate dining room with a table that seats 6.

The family room is the 3rd bedroom made into a family room. It is a very large room with a desk, sofa lounge and a lounge chair with ottoman for viewing the flat 45" LCD high definition TV and DVR. This room has a large sliding door that will open up to outdoor atrium and fountain. The desk area has a computer that is on a high speed Internet connection for you to use. Has two roll away beds that can be used in this room

The master bedroom has a king size bed, armorer with a flat screen HD LCD TV with full cable service for all channels and movies. This room is very large and has beautiful Tommy Bahama furnishings. The bathroom has a shower and a large bath tub.

The second bedroom has all new furniture and a private bathroom with a shower. The quest bathroom is attached to this bathroom and separated by a pocket door.

This unit is best described as a feeling of spaciousness and comfort for you to enjoy with lots of extras.
