Bordered by a wonderful nature preserve, Wiggins Lakes is a friendly, low-density community of 220 units scattered among 5 lakes, a clubhouse, tennis courts, and 2 heated pools. Drink your morning beverage on the screened lanai followed by a 10 minute bike ride to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins State Park.
Located west of US 41 in north Naples, you have world-class shopping and dining within minutes. A beautiful park and boat launch facility is 1/2 mile away where jet skis or other watercraft can be rented. Another close-by beach is Barefoot Beach, always on the "top 10 beaches of Florida" list. Within minutes are other close-by amenities including golf, a county water park, churches, the Naples Art Museum, and the Naples Philharmonic.
Renters can join with other residents at community activities such as book clubs, cards, water aerobics, and monthly socials. Wiggins Lakes is a great walking community since there are no high-speed streets in the community.
Our condo has a separate dining room, full kitchen facilities with a breakfast bar, two separate bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, and in-suite laundry facilities. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom set, TV, and sliding doors to the lanai bordering the nature preserve. The second bedroom has two twin beds with an option to convert to a king-size bed. The second floor location provides a cathedral ceiling which gives added spaciousness to the large great room. Neutral colors, newer furnishings, and a large entertainment center complete the great room.
Linens, beach towels, and flotation devices are provided. Washer and dryer are located in the unit, and an assigned carport, storage shed, and guest parking space come with the unit.
Renters for the month of January 2010 have the option of arriving on the 27th of December, giving you a free week!
