Situated on the barrier island in an established neighborhood, away from busy Gulf Blvd., Two Palms @ Redington Shores is your home away from home. While this darling home is in a lovely residential area within walking distance to the beach, a convenient parking pass to the Redington Shores Beach Access Parking Lot is available for your use. The property is located on a tiny penninsula that juts into Boca Ciega Bay. Surrounded by the Intercoastal on three sides, you will enjoy plenty of privacy and many beautiful tropical breezes.
This lovingly updated home has a private deck off the sunroom for outside dining/entertaining. The home easily accommodates six adults: there is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the partitioned sunroom.
Bring your suit and flip flops! All linens, beach towels, dishes, and cooking utensils are provided for your use. Our home offers an LCD flat-screen TV with cable, DVD and/or VCR player, DSL Internet service, and free local/long distance (including Canada) telephone service. The home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. A washer and dryer are also provided.
Pets welcome with prior approval and security deposit; please inquire. No smoking inside the home, please.
Cleaning Fees: $70 per weekly stay, $100 per monthly stay. Rates subject to 12% tax. (7% State Sales, 5% Tourist Tax).
