A residential fitness facility with state of the art exercise equipment, steam rooms, locker rooms and outdoor hot tubs are all features of the Catamount Lodge. This spacious unit accommodates up to 4 guests, with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The bedroom has a California King size bed, and the living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper. The open floor plan includes a open living room and dining area, with a breakfast bar. My wife, our son and I stayed four nights in this one bedroom condo. The nice things about the place include: - Location of condo within Northstar Village is ideal for skiing - Northstar Village itself is the place to stay with lots of activities, shops, restaurants, gondola to Ritz-Carlton, etc. - Nice, clean condo with everything you need to enjoy yourself - Washer & Dryer in the unit - Underground, heated parking - Locker to store ski equipment A few of things that didn't work properly: - No matter how closely we followed the directions in owners binder, we were unable to regulate the temperature in the bedroom. Very cold in there. - Fireplace did not work. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would rent the unit again. In fact, we just recommended the condo to friends looking to visit soon.

I stayed here with my family about a year ago in December and was more than satisfied. The location is conveniently located by the gondola. The condo is very clean and cozy. Using the fire place was my favorite after a tiring day of skiing. It was great being located above the private gym and jacuzzi. It was also nice to have wifi in the condo because you can never really get away from work. The kids really enjoyed their time there and it was nice that they had provided some sleds for them to use.The owners were very nice and timely as I planned this family event last minute. My overall experience was fantastic and will definitely stay here again in the future. I'm thinking about trying it out in the summer because there was a really nice pool area that I can see the kids enjoying.

This 1-bedroom condo is great! It's pretty much brand new inside and it's right in the heart of the village. The main gondola at Northstar for skiing/riding is literally next door. I was there in the summer and enjoyed the afternoon thunderstorms sitting out on the deck and listening to the live jazz band playing every afternoon in the center of the village (the deck looks out onto the heart of the village, where the ice skating rink and stage are located). The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom, with it's two entrances (master bedroom and kitchen), was huge and luxurious. I didn't use the tub, but it was large and they had salts and soaps there for your use. I also didn't use the pullout bed, but did notice a plethora of pillows and blankets in the closet. The kitchen area and living room are large, with a dining table for four and stools at the kitchen counter. The big screen TV in the living room (and the smaller flat screen in the master) worked perfectly. The stereo system is large and there are full surround sound speakers in the ceiling (which can play the TV in addition to radio, CD, etc). There are two environmental (heater and A/C) controls for the main living area and the master bedroom. I didn't use the cooking utensils or dishes much, but it looked well stocked. The unit also comes with one parking pass for the underground, private parking garage. I never got a spot more than two spaces down from the elevator. All in all I thought this was a great unit and I would definitely not hesitate staying here again in the Summer or Winter.
