My biggest concern about renting on line was that the pictures would not accurately reflect the property. I am glad to report that what we saw on line is what we got. Condo was tastefully decorated, the furnishings did not appear worn (including the towels), and it was well maintained. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed and we loved the water/ice dispenser in the refrig and the granite counter tops. We liked that everything used a code instead of keys. The pool was clean and nice to have as well as the gas grills (which we used). The view from the balcony was fabulous and we liked the decent patio furniture on the balcony (unlike the plastic furniture we saw on other balconies). The beach was very nice. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable would have been beach service (chairs and umbrellas). $25 per day was ridiculous for beach service. That service is included with many of the other condos. The location was close to restaurants which we liked and night life, which our young adult children liked. Route 98 is a rather busy road, though, and made turning left out of the condo a pain. I would recommend this place to friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo has been recently redecorated - beautiful furnishings, plush mattresses with hotel linens, new carpet, a great kitchen. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, lots of utensils, everything clean and fairly new, upscale quality. The queen bunks are awesome - we didn't know they even made bunks like that, so that room can sleep four. View of the beach goes for miles. Pool was heated and wonderful; inground spa was also great. We enjoyed cooking on the gas grills. Esp liked reserved parking and gated property. The condo also had a game cabinet with family games, which turned out to be a lifesaver when it rained. Jade East is a really nice property, and had security there during Spring Break to ensure that it stayed quiet and peaceful. Nice fitness room too. It's right across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, so you can walk there.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
