"Sea Mist" STUDIO APARTMENT is a private studio with queen bed, kitchenette, bath, and upper deck with breathtaking views of both the lake and the ocean! The unit is attached to a 3BR/2BA house, but is completely private.
There is NO INTERIOR DOOR connecting the unit to the house - you will be staying in a completely private studio apartment! Queen bed, full size refrigerator (which was added after the pictures were taken!), microwave/convection, hot plate/cooktop, and sink are furnished.
If you are looking to escape to the beautiful white sand of the gulf and hear the ocean during the winter months, come stay at "Sea Mist"! The ocean is visible from the front door and the lake is right out the back - great for fishing or enjoying the sunrise!
*NO ELEVATORS*! There is a private deck over the studio, with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the lake.

This is a wonderful little place for 2! Quite, and just as described. We spent 4 nights and loved it! Would love to have a repeat! A little ways from the main "strip" of PCB and was very relaxing! We could have used a little more parking (we towed a mortorcycle), but made do, and it was well WORTH the effort.Also, could've used a few more towels. I would suggest bringing a few. The best beach right across the road. Did I say I loved this place? Well, I DID! Hope to visit again soon! And thanks for the pet-friendly atmosphere. Dog lovers are people too! We need good places to stay, and this was one of the best!

We just rented the studio - it was perfect for a weekend beach getaway for the two of us and two small dogs - clean, had everything we needed and dedicated beach access right across the street; if you have more than 2 people rent the house - you'll love it even more - perfect location on West end of PCB

the apartment is very close to the beach and a charming house.It has everything you need in the unit,There is not a comfortable chair to sit in other than a dining chair from the table.It is very private from the main house.If you want a place close to the water on the quiet end of the beach ,then this is a good spot
Owner response:Thank you for your review. Because it is a studio efficiency, with the television placed in view from the bed or table, we decided not to add a chair in this unit. It would be much too crowded with the dining set and bed. This unit is perfect for a single or couple!
