Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. It was beautiful and comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed our first trip to San Antonio. The location was great. We loved the riverwalk, Six Flags, Sea World, and Natural Bridge Caverns. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio.

We have been renting properties throughout the world for over 25 years. This property rates probably the highest in quality and value and is definitely unrivalled for the San Antonio downtown area. We researched in depth comparing both private and commercial (Corporate Named) alternatives taking into account cost, location and quality. We were absolutely 100% correct in our choice of this Townhome, proved in no small way by the 1st class service received during our stay from the owners who were attentive to every detail. We rented the Tobin Hill house for a family get-together the last week of July. The house was beautiful, located close to downtown in a quite neighborhood. The property was well equipped and even had a coffee grinder (we love fresh ground coffee). There was a blow-up bed for the kids. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. The owner is very nice. We visited the Alamo, Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas, Seaworld and Schlitterbahn. All were within a reasonable drive.

"Wonderful place to stay! It was nice to have such a pleasant oasis in the heat. We felt at home. We spent our time this week at Gymnastics, Trampoline and Tumbling Nationals but we also hit Six Flags Fiesta and the Riverwalk. Our stay at the Tobin Hill Townhouse could not have been better. This home is beautiful, clean, and has everything that you could need down to a stroller in the garage. We appreciated the fact that each room had its own restroom and that everything was set up for the ease and comfort of the guests. This home is near the downtown area attractions and easily accessible from the highway. We would definitely stay again while in San Antonio. Thank you for a great experience.

"Texas Reigns" Our ten days in your welcoming home were extremely comfortable. We found an amazing 7 minute drive to downtown that usually took 20-30 minutes to get home. We think our GPS doesn't communicate well. SA is fantastic - Love the food, river, boat rides, museums and attractions. The holiday season lights and music were "special." We enjoyed Fredericksburg and New Braunfels. Thank you."

"Kathy, just wanted to say thanks for having such a wonderful townhome, in such a wonderful location. The marathon ran RIGHT past the house, and the wife and kids were able to simply walk out the back door and watch us go by. And hand us water, and take our extra stuff! And my daughter and her friend loved the place too. I'm not certain that I'll be running this marathon next year, but I am telling ALL my friends about the wonderful, relaxing, refreshing experience I had. So, so, so much better than a hotel in every possible way. Thank you again."

"What a perfectly appointed little house! We felt so taken care of with the extras! You must try the Little Rhiene Steakhouse....beef steak tomato salad & ribeye to die for! We absolutely loved this place! I can't say enough about how comfortable we were. Lots of pillows & bedding, games & movies and the washer & dryer were a life saver traveling with 5 girls!
