This beautiful completely furnished house is located on the 6th hole of PGA West's Nicholas Tournament course. Our home is 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 2400 square feet perfectly placed southwest facing home for full sun all day long.
Enjoy sunbathing and sunset from our private pool and spa. There are no cart paths along our property line allowing for a more private, unobstructed, southwestern views of the breathtaking mountains.
Do you like to be lavished with fine things? Our home has custom granite countertops, tile floors, 3 full bathrooms with very large tiled showers, and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Huge picture windows line the back of the house for full views into the backyard; we have added roll down screens when complete privacy is needed, and a patio retractable awning with wind and sun sensors.
For your entertainment there is a pool table, a large screen TV, TV's in all the bedrooms, DVD players on all TV's, and wireless Internet. For your convenience their is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice-maker, full utility kitchen with everything your own kitchen has to prepare a fine meal. Also, enjoy making dinner at sunset on our custom backyard BBQ.
One of the 3 bedrooms is an attached guest casita with it's own TV, full bathroom, small refrigerator, and private keyed entry.

We had a fantastic experience vacationing in this home. The pool and hot tub are great. Our kids loved all of the amenities and my parents loved being with us, and yet being able to escape to the cassita for some down time. The view is spectacular. The owner was a dream to work with and we are planning a return trip as soon as we can. Great restaurants, golf and a beautiful community.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

I have stayed at this palace on numerous occasions and I really never want to leave.Don"t golf much but the bass fishing is off the hook. The Cassita is grest too in case you want another couple to join you.The sunsets are epic!!!!

I really enjoyed your lovely home. My favorite thing was to wake up in the morning, get a cup of coffee and sit on the patio and take in that breath taking view. It was so calming. The house and its amenities were superb.
