This well maintained 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located one block from one of Lake Erie's finest private beaches. It is located in a residential development called Old Homestead and is ideal for families looking to go to the beach, ride bikes, play tennis, basketball, baseball, have outdoor cookouts or spend the day at Cedar Point, Put-in-Bay or Kelly's Island.
The house accommodates 8 adults comfortably and has a queen, double, 2 twins and a sofa sleeper. Additional space is available in one of the bedrooms for an air bed or pack and play. Wireless internet is available, so bring your laptop! A cleaning service is provided so you can have a relaxing vacation. A high chair and pack and play are available upon request.

We spent a weekend at this property. It was clean and conveniently located. It was within walking distance to the beach, and close to fishing and Cedar Point. We found it to be more roomy than most vacation cottages. The furniture (including beds) was comfortable and in good shape. The owner was pleasant, easy to communicate with and thoughtful. There were board games, children's games, books and movies available. Recommend for a family vacation or getaway.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful week in Huron in August 2008.We were very pleased with the rental. The house was beautiful, immaculant, and very spacious and comfortable. The weather was great, so we spent alot of time at the beach and on the back patio. The owner is very personable and helpful in answering our questions. Fall Weekend (Sept, Oct, Nov) .. $175 night (2 night minimum) Jun-Aug ..................... $1100/week (Sun-Sun) Winter .................................... $700/month (6 month lease) $300 deposit due to secure week plus $100 security deposit which will be returned within 1 week of vacating rental. Remainder of balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Winter monthly rates are plus utilities. Rentals are from Sun-Sun. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
