This condo was everything Kathy said it to be. You truly do feel right at home. It was great for the two of us. The beach across the road was amazing and well worth the climb. It rained while we were here, and we counted 16 waterfalls that could be seen from our deck. Wow. The value was great, and we would recommend it.

We had a great time staying here during the winter. Condo was clean and well maintained with plenty of amenities. Location is fantastic - within easy walking distance of beaches, vistas, and a nice resort. Balcony overlooks a forest that is inhabited by roosters who may wish to wake you before sunrise, but closing the windows at night minimizes disturbances.

My husband and I recently spent an enchanting week at this charming condo and had our most favorite vacation in 41 years! The condo is sparkling clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities needed to never leave the property! The views of the bay are magnificiant from 2 windowa and the lanai, where we ate every meal when we weren't out dining. The best beach on the island is across the street, Hideways. Great swimming and snorkeling. We felt so safe at this condo and the whole area around it that my girlfriend and I are going back in a year and a half without our husbands! Please hightly consider this awesome property!

The location of this condo is perfect. You can walk across the street to check the surf, watch the sunset, walk down to St. Regis for coffee in the mornings, or walk to Queen's Bath. The views from the condo of the mountains are beautiful. The condo is clean and has everything you need. We cooked every single night at home and enjoyed the views of the mountains and the little slice of Hanalei Bay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Princeville.

This condo could not have been more perfect! It was exactly as described, no exaggerations or misleads. It was very clean, very comfortable and there was an amazing view from every window. Kathy was wonderful and quickly responsive to emails. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Princeville. I wouldn't change a thing!

My husband and I have been to the North Shore of Kauai many times, and this was our first time staying at a Hale Moi condo. This unit is the absolute best location at the very end with spectacular views of the mountains and some of the ocean as well. The studio is clean and spacious, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in, and we enjoyed the full kitchen as we cooked 95% of our meals there. Especially enjoyed the views from the lanai. We will definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit.

This property was great and fully met our needs on Kauai's north shore as a "home base" for our many outdoor activities. The location is fantastic, with a nice view from the balcony, and a short walk (maybe 100 yards?) to one of the best views in Princeville overlooking Hanalei Bay. You know you've picked the right spot when the new St. Regis (easily one of the nicest hotels in the country) is a three minute walk down the street. Stop by, grab a drink, and then pat yourself on the back for staying at this condo for a fraction of the price. We loved Kauai, and would recommend spending as much time as possible at its many north shore beaches in the summer, including Tunnels (great for snorkeling with turtles), Ke'e (great sunsets, hiking, and monk seals), and of course Hanalei Bay. We look forward to returning in the future.

After a week in Maui we were ready for a nice relaxing time on Kauai and it delivered in every aspect. Kauai is what I expected Hawaii to look like, lush vegetation and amazing landscapes. Princeville is a resort area close to amazing beaches and the amazing Na Pali Coast. The condo was clean and modern with a beautiful view from the lanai. The condo is close to groceries and restaurants in Princeville and less than 10 minutes to Hanalei which has great shopping and delicious food. The North Coast of Kauai offers some beautiful beaches and we cannot wait to return to the Garden Island. Thank You.

We loved these condos (rented both sides for our family of 5). Princeville is so lovely - we wished we could stay longer. So many beaches, so much beauty... Loved the lush green, private outlook from the condos and especially the rainbow over Hanalei Bay on our last morning! Thank you for sharing your special, beautifully furnished condos with us!

This is an absolutely lovely condo unit, accurately described, clean and elegant in plan and function. It was pretty near perfect...from rainbows to beach towels. Communication by email with Kathy was effective and prompt. You are in a friendly community of residents and guests and you are close to shopping and services in the smaller north shore community. There are many natural attractions in the area; beaches, caves, mountains, hiking, kayaking, snorkling etc. The views from the windows are amazing.

I stayed at this unit for a week recently (February), and felt very fortunate to have found it! The views were remarkable - Hanalei Bay and mountains in one direction, and the tropical forest in another. I walked out the front door and across the street were the whale watching benches as promised, overlooking the ocean, which you can hear at night. There is a path that leads right up to the St. Regis and is a lovely walk, with great views. And the interior of the unit was wonderful - well designed, roomy, and extremely clean and well layed out. The entrance has two sets of locked doors, which helped me to feel safe, considering I was traveling alone. And, Kathy was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was all the listing said it was and the photos accurately reflect the condo's appearance. The location was great in that it is walking distance to Princeville, as well as nearby trails to explore that go down to the beach. We had a great time swimming at Hanalei Bay and Annini Beach. We would definitely recommend this property to others. The owner was very helpful and the condo property was clean and neat.

When we arrived at this condo we immediately felt at home! In fact, we were tempted to just stay forever :-) This place was well stocked with towels, dishes, even some beach stuff (chairs, masks/snorkels) The views were nice! The only downside I can think of are the mosquitoes outside in the evenings. We enjoyed watching birds and geckos on the lanai. We give this place thumbs up!!!!

I spent the month of November in Kathy's Hale Moi Condo renting the A side. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Her pictures, while excellent, can't really prepare you for the fantastic views from each window including the bedroom. The furnishing were classy, uncluttered and very comfortable. I walked around the condo property and Kathy's Side A unit has the best view in the complex as the condo is the last unit with open views to the west (Hanalei Bay) and from the front entry porch lovely views of the ocean and Bali Hai and sunsets. I used the kitchen for all breakfast, some lunch and several dinners and enjoyed cooking while enjoying the view. The unit feels very spacious. A friend joined me for two weeks and had her own sleeping space in the loft. I had a hard time leaving the condo for the first few days because I was so happy there. Princeville had much to offer with Foodland Grocery, shopping and eats and great library.. Hanalei is a close drive for special meals at fun places. Kathy is prompt with information and refund. The condo was very clean. When I return to Kauai I will be staying here again.

What else can I say? This condo is clean, has ample parking, a terrific view of the mountains from the lanai and windows, two beds on different floors, a full kitchen and wireless internet access. It is walking distance from Hideaways beach and the St. Regis, and a short drive to Hanalei. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, and our deposit was returned promptly. This was a perfect place for our honeymoon. If we're able to visit Kauai again, this will be the first place we check.

Kathy was very helpful and quick to respond with my booking request. Family loved our stay here; views are simply fantastic- seeing 2 rainbows over pristine bay is simply amazing! The place was very clean, well furnished and my mom loved to cook in the big kitchen :) Location is great to walk to St Regis, grab cocktails, and close enough to drive for groceries and explore rest of the north side. Thank you Kathy!

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Great views... could see surfers in Hanalei bay, and the ocean to the north. Kitchen was super useful for breakfast, and the bed was comfy. We wish we would have stayed at this place longer, rather than staying in Kapaa for a couple nights.

This was our first visiting to Kaua'i and we enjoyed staying at the Condo. The Condos location is best to explore the North and East of Kauai. Its is just a short drive into Hanalei and the Bay. Most of our time we explored places all over the island. We really liked Waimea Canyon and Poipu. Sitting on the Condos patio we had beautiful views on Hanalei Baay. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

We stayed at this lovely condo only for a couple of nights - January 24-25, 2010 to take advantage of the north shore of Kauai. It was the perfect spot for enjoying Anini, Hanalei and Kalihiwai beaches, visiting the Kilauea lighthouse and the other splendid attractions of the north shore. And when you add the lovely views from both the front and the back lanai - just spectacular. Maureen Lein and Steve Chisholm

This condo was absolutely perfect for our 9-day stay in Kauai. We were actually expecting it to be smaller based on the pictures, but the layout was very open and roomy! The views and jungle noises out back were enjoyed all week, as well as the incredible sunsets in the front! The only recommendation I have for the condo is to add a toaster, otherwise the kitchenette was just fine. Kathy was a joy to work with in booking the condo. During our stay here in August 2009, we got engaged on the Na Pali coast, so we can't wait to go back and we will definitely book with Kathy again :) Aloha!

Kathy, we had a nice time in Kauai. Went around to most of the tourist spots. Saw several Monk seals. Had fun with my two Sons. Your condo was just fine. Just my wife and me, so we never even went to the second bedroom. Had lot`s of good Hawaiian food food at the Pono Market {Porno Market}, and a great dinner at Duke`s. Went to several Sunshine Markets - great pineapples! went a couple of days to the Tahitian Dance Contest. Thanks for your assistance with this trip. Hope to meet you again in the future. regards/ Gary and Tina Wayland

We had a great time in Kauai, and this condo suited our needs just fine. It provided a nice view out of both sides, with the mountains and Hanalei Bay out the back and with the great ocean view out in front (across the street). The condo was clean, a nice price, and we had no problems at all. It was centrally located for all the north shore activities (beach, snorkeling, shopping, dinner, etc). We would not hesitate to go back and use this condo once again. Hopefully soon! Thanks
