Everything in this home is Brand New and Top of the Line. Bedrooms and living room are carpeted and all other areas are tiled. This home has satellite TV with 2 DVD/VCR Players.
This house also comes with stereo speakers on back porch patio to enjoy while in the pool or entertaining guest around the Barbeque Bar. The house has air conditioning, heater, and ceiling fans in every room. Every window has privacy blinds. The house water runs through a water softener system, which allows you to wash your Boat, Jet Ski’s, Motorcycles, Toys and Autos “Spot Free”.
The house has a long hose, which extends to the front parking area to clean your toys. This house also has a huge water heater and Water Filtration System that goes to the icemaker, refrigerator water and a waterspout at the kitchen sink.
