It is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our vacation rental is located 1/4 block from the historic downtown Leadville, Co. Our guests are only steps away from shopping, museums, restaurants, and other local attractions that this great little mining town has to offer. We are minutes from Ski Cooper and a short drive from Copper Mountain, Vail, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek. We invite you to come stay at our fully restored 1890's Victorian home located at 111 W. 7th Street, right in the heart of downtown Leadville, CO.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic victorian home has gone thru recently a complete restoration with all the modern amenities. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bedroom with a king bed. Also, there is a pullout sofa in each of the living rooms for extra sleeping space.
What is unique about our property is that you may reserve the whole house or if your in need of a smaller space than you may reserve either the upper or lower level of the home. Either way we know that you will be comfortable and feel at home staying with us. Our home has worked well for larger families or famiilies and friends traveling together.

This area also offers many opportunities for the Four Wheeling kid at heart. And in the summer come take a train ride through the mountains with some of the most spectacular views.
