It is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our vacation rental is located 1/4 block from the historic downtown Leadville, Co. Our guests are only steps away from shopping, museums, restaurants, and other local attractions that this great little mining town has to offer. We are minutes from Ski Cooper and a short drive from Copper Mountain, Vail, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek. We invite you to come stay at our fully restored 1890's Victorian home located at 111 W. 7th Street, right in the heart of downtown Leadville, CO.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic victorian home has gone thru recently a complete restoration with all the modern amenities. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bedroom with a king bed. Also, there is a pullout sofa in each of the living rooms for extra sleeping space.
What is unique about our property is that you may reserve the whole house or if your in need of a smaller space than you may reserve either the upper or lower level of the home. Either way we know that you will be comfortable and feel at home staying with us. Our home has worked well for larger families or famiilies and friends traveling together.

Lady Sage is a wonderful retreat where every detail has not been over looked. From the fresh baked cookies upon arrival to the wonderful fluffy towels. You can tell this VRBO is well loved. Thank you Georgia for a beautiful modern victorian renovation. We will surely stay again at Lady Sage when we are visiting Leadville. Fishing was grand at Turquoise & Clear Creek and we were able to check out the resturants you recommended all were a thumbs up. Thank you again you truly have the gift of Hospitality.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful weekend here! The house is beautiful and so comfortable. We had two famililes here and the kids loved having their own space upstairs - which resulted in the parents loving our own space downtstairs! Adorable! Our whole family loves it so much! Not only is Lady Sage beautiful, but Georgia's generosity made us feel most welcome here. The home is warm, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
