This luxurious 3 Bedroom Ocean View Villa is located within the Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort and Spa and enjoys all hotel privileges and amenities. You are treated as actual guests of the Resort. It is a wonderful place to be pampered, but also feels secluded in your own private space to prepare wonderful meals for your family or friends.
This resort was named 2008 Condé Nast Traveler - #1 Golf Resort - "Top 100 Golf Resorts" Reader's Poll, 2008 AAA Five Diamond Resort, 8th consecutive year and 2008 Andrew Harper's Hideaway Report - #1 International Resort. On the same latitude as Hawaii, Punta Mita offers a near perfect climate with 340 days of sunshine per year. The resort, on the Pacific Ocean, is surrounded by miles of pristine white sand, including some of the world's most beautiful beaches.
The Villa was completed in January 2009 and boasts over 2,600 square feet of immaculate ocean view interior living space with elegant furnishings. A nearly 800-square-foot private terrace with its own private ocean view infinity edge plunge pool, dining and lounge areas, and a stainless steel Viking gas grill brings the total living space to just under 3,400 square feet. The overall feeling inside the villa is spacious and comfortable with seamless access to the outdoor terrace/pool when the sliding glass wall is retracted.
Other highlights include a private lanai off the master bedroom, with an outdoor rain shower, granite and stone countertops and rich wood cabinets in the kitchen, baths, and powder room. The kitchen features a Sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel sink. Every convenience has been provided including quality cookware, flatware, and linens.
In advance of your visit, the Four Seasons Residence Club staff will contact you to arrange dinner, babysitting and can have groceries delivered to the villa on the day of your arrival. We enjoy having the chef marinate some fresh fish that we can prepare on the outdoor grill!
The villa has 2 spacious master suites, each with king beds and the other with 2 full beds, including signature beds and linens. All bedrooms have a plasma television and generous closet space. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, and all are stocked with robes and L'Occitane toiletries.
A discreet work area features a built in desk with a 2 line speaker phone, voice mail and free WI-FI. The villa is also equipped with a stacked washer and dryer and iron. It's the perfect location for a total escape from the everyday and has all of the conveniences to keep you as connected (or disconnected) as you want. Why the Owner Chose Four Seasons
We chose to buy at the Four Seasons Punta Mita because we love the way the Four Seasons treats there guests. We stayed at many other resorts in there chain, but this one is the best by far. It is an easy flight from Phoenix so we visit often. If you want to surf, fish, golf or scuba this is easy to do right from the resort. If you want to sit back relax and get waited on then there is no better place. Enjoy your stay at our villa.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
When you stay in our villa the staff at the resort treats you like royalty. It is refreshing to go some place and your every desire is met. I believe that at Punta Mita they are taught never to say no, and that is a lost art in today's world. The Four Seasons Punta Mita has 4.3 employees per guest room. That is the highest ratio of any Four Seasons Hotel or Resort in the world. That is just one of the things that makes it great.

We are a family of 4, Eric, Donna, Ryan and Sophia living in Phoenix, Arizona. We love to travel and enjoy the outdoors. I am an physican and have been in practice for 9 years. We love traveling to Four Seasons Punta Mita so much we bought one of the Villas. On our last trip our kids asked if we could stay here forever. The staff makes you feel right at home and you feel like you have died and gone to heaven.

A Beautiful Stay at Punta Mita

We stayed at this villa on the Four Seasons property in Punta Mita over our grandkids', nieces', nephews', etc. recent spring break in late March-early April. The only word to describe the overall experience adequately is "fabulous". The villa itself matches precisely the accompanying description and pictures: its furnishings, materials and general overall class are top of the line. The expansive views of the ocean and surrounding property are truly beautiful, the interior areas all large-sized with a very open and light-filled feeling. Particularly compelling is the openness of the non-bedroom area, the large, beautifully equipped kitchen leading directly into the dining/living room area, which in turn open out to the infinity edge plunge pool (always nicely heated) and the huge outdoor terrace where one could spend hours reading, talking or simply gazing at the surroundings. All the bedrooms are spacious as well, and the outdoor shower/lanai area off one of the master bedrooms is exceptional. The villa's location is optimal as well. It is very close to the "Lazy River" area, where both kids and adults can float on tubes on a gently flowing waterway, which is one of the property's more popular features for the young folks. The rest of the Four Seasons resort is equally accessible, either by walking or by golf carts driven by staff that are always available short notice. The property, in addition to being beautifully landscaped and maintained, is small enough so that one becomes familiar with it quickly and it is the kind of place where a parent is comfortable letting children roam around because of its small size and accessibility. The main pool overlooks the exquisite, white-sand beaches, and a game/activity room, which remains open for the kids at night and is always well-staffed, is a particularly convenient feature for parents who want to be able to spend a little "adult time" sans kids at or after dinner, knowing where they are and that they are safe and having a good time. And it seemed that the kids had an easy time meeting and playing with other kids whom they had never seen before. There is plenty of good to fine dining (three restaurants on the property itself). There are also numerous tennis courts, which always seem to be available, even at peak times. We are not golfers so cannot comment on the course, but understand that it is world-class. In short, a great experience in a wonderful Eden-like place!

We had a fantastic trip! The accommodations were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and condo spotless. Our kids (8 and 5) loved the plunge pool. Thanks Eric! We will definitely Pinta Mita again! Erica The resort put on a great party for New Years Eve. Great food, acrobats, band, and fireworks. Expensive, but we worth it!

Our family has stayed at several different Four Seasons around the country, and this is the best one we have been to for kids. The rooms and service is what you would expect from Four Seasons. The owner of this unit Eric, was great to deal with and had great comunication. I would stongly recommend dealing with this owner if you are interested in staying at this property

I loved this villa. The decor makes you feel like you are in paradise. The rooms are spotless anything and everything is there for your convenience.This is truely a very comfortable and beautiful place. Speaking of comfort the beds were so luxurious as were the linens.We went as a family and my grandchildren ages 4 and 5 enjoyed spending a few hours a day at kids camp with excellent supervision provided.Then the adults were able to play tennis,go snorkeling or just enjoy the beautiful beach and pools. I can't wait to go back. No other place can stand up to this one I'm spoiled. Our family has made this our family retreat .

My family and I recently spent a week at this villa and I strongly encourage anyone who is interested in an great vacation to book it. Between the chef's kitchen, the infinity pool and the luxurious bathrooms we considered spending the entire week at the villa. Every apsect of the the villa met or surpassed our expectations. The Four Season's staff treats you as though you are a permanent resident and your truly want for nothing. The room is immaculately cleaned everyday. The owners were helpful in suggesting new adventures around the area and worked hard to make sure we felt like it was our home.

This was our 2nd trip to the Four Seasons (Punta de Mita) and our 1st in a Private Residence. We had a 2nd floor unit with a beautiful view and the interior of the house was very well appointed. The pool was used frequently by the adults and children and the patio is well designed and never felt crowded. We used an outside service to stock the kitchen/refrigerator and we cooked breakfast and dinners at the house - highly recommended if you have kids. This house is a real 'treat' compared to the individual rooms at the Four Seasons as we spent much more time enjoying the house, the pool and the views. Thank you Eric for this much too short experience in paradise.....Im sure that we will be back.

It doesn't get much better than this! We had the privilege of staying here for 5 days in March, and what a treat it was. This place is amazing. The owner was honest, forthright and a pleasure to deal with. The location is incredible. Set on a private peninsula on the northern tip of Puerto Vallarta. This 3 bedroom residence is immaculate. Fully equipped with every amenity you could think of, including a private infinity pool, plasma TV screens throughout, Viking BBQ, what a dream come true! Impeccable service rendered by the staff of the Five Star Four Seasons. I am an avid traveler and I can honestly say this is the 2nd nicest resort that I have been in the world. Second only to the pristine St Regis in Bora Bora. You bet we will be going back!!!! Thanks for everything Eric!!!!!
