THE CONDO: 1500 Square Feet of Luxury!

We have a newly remodeled spacious 5 star unit with 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is part of the ski in ski out Iron Horse Resort in Winter Park. The resort is surrounded by trees and situated in a truly relaxing setting.

The condo is equipped with 2 king & 1 queen Murphy. Sleep a total of 6, but we can provide an inflatable bed so you can add 2 more to your party (unit have more than enough room for 8!).
LCD TV’s are mounted in each bedroom as well as a large TV in the living room. The condo has a gourmet kitchen and its own washer and dryer. The master bedroom bath has a Jacuzzi tub. Tall ceilings, big windows, and a spacious balcony add to the roominess of this unit. You will feel right at home.

A FEW SERVICES:
Welcome package containing a local restaurant guide, list of fun activities and phone numbers of all the good ski shops. We leave cash purchase items in the condo such as Hot Chocolate packages, hand warmers, individual pizzas, soda, juice bottled water just to make things a little bit easier for our guests. We offer to stock your fridge with basic food items prior to your arrival. We also leave a sled by the front door for the awesome sledding hill located just 300 feet away.

A FEW RULES:
Sorry, no dogs. HOA rules.
No smoking anything in the condo.
Must be 26 or older.
....last but not least... Must have a ton of fun during your stay!

RESORT AMENITIES:
Free wireless Internet so bring your laptop. The Resort includes indoor heated pool and two big hot tubs. Fitness, and business center. A full service ski shop is located 200 feet from the condo where our guests enjoy 20% off all ski rentals. Let us know if you need rentals and we will help streamline the process for you. Laundry amenities. Free shuttle to and from town. There is even a highly recommended on site restaurant with room service.

  • We stayed in this beautiful unit in early January of 2009. We had six adults and a baby in our party and were very comfortable there. It had everything we could possibly need. The furnishings are top quality and the kitchen had more than adequate appliances and utensils. It was very convenient to the slopes, as well. The owner did everything possible to accommodate us. We have stayed at the Iron Horse many times and this is by far the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. We will definitely try to use this condo when we return to Winter Park.
