My family (7 adults / 8 kids) just enjoyed a wonderful family reunion and your house, Jayne, was perfect for us. Everyone loved it! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was large enough for us all to play in. The design of the kitchen, eating area and living room made the whole downstairs feel very open. We felt like it made our vacation so relaxing to have such a wonderful place to come back to after a long day at Disney.

Hi Jayne, I received our deposit today. I want to thank you again for your wonderful vacation home. Everyone had a good time and were all very comfortable. Your home is truly the best we have stayed in. If we come to Florida again, we would love to rent your home next time. We have also recommended it to friends who are thinking of a Florida trip.

Hi Jayne, I hope you are well. I just wanted to write to you and say how amazing your villa was. We have not longed returned from the villa and all we keep saying to all our friends and family is how lovely and amazing your villa was, the pictures really do not do it justice. The rooms were massive and beds were so comfortable the pool was brilliant and the recliners were definately needed after a long day at the park, you had everything we could think of and more. All of our party would most definately recommend your villa to anyone wanting to go to Florida and ourselves when we decide to go back. Thank you so much Jayne.

Hi Jayne, Made it back home from another enjoyable week in Florida and your house. We were able to get in a little early on the Friday we arrived. We got there at 2:00 and the house was ready to go. Peter from the management company was there doing final inspection and allowed us to get in. He was very friendly and accommodating. Again it was nice staying in your house and we will look forward to checking it out with our future spring break trips.

Hi Jayne, I just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your lovely Villa last week. It was great! We all had a blast. The beds were so comfortable and the kids loved swimming in the warm pool, and sleeping on the bunk beds together. In years past we have rented another house, but I have to say your villa had such a better lot. It was nice to have privacy in the back with the pool. I definitely know that we will choose your villa again in the future. Hope you have a splendid day

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, bright, well-maintained, comfortable, roomy, convenient to all attractions, and a beautiful view from the back of the villa. In other words, it was PERFECT. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation home.

Jayne, We had a really good time. The kids loved the pool, game room, play station and x box. I think every adult felt like a kid with so many things to do. The couch in the tv room was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and cupboard space too. Thank You

Back in the real world and though I'd drop you a quick line about our stay in your fantastic villa. We all agreed that the house had everything we wanted for a group holiday to Orlando... and more. Great location, fantastic pool, comfortable bedrooms and plenty extras such as xbox, playstation and games room to keep the kids amused. I'd have no hesitation in staying at the villa again or recommending it to others

Very nicely presented villa. Air conditioning great, pool well maintained, villa was clean and well looked after. Master bedroom is the largest bedroom I think I've ever slept in! Only suggestions would be: new pool cues would be good as all are broken. Recliner is a bit worn. Other than that, really enjoyed the stay, thanks. Great value for money for large families.

We stayed in this wonderful villa in October 2008 and have to say it was "FANTASTIC"!!!! The pool was wonderful to jump into at 7am and the pool heating was rarely needed. Our party had 11 of us and the villa was so spacious we never felt on top of each other. I would recommend this villa to anyone, as it was extremely well looked after and immaculate.

The house was wonderful, very comfortable. We can't wait to vacation this way again. I would offer one suggestion. It would be nice to add a chair to the large master bedroom. It would make it much easier when traveling with seniors if they had a place to sit to put on their shoes.

Day 1 - just too good for words. Day 2 - woken up with a swim and being attacked by three troublesome children in the pool. Everything is perfect. I will write more when I am less overwhelmed.
