This home sleeps four comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin-beds. It has a brand new kitchen with granite counters in an open area along with dining table for up to six persons.
The house has new paint, and the kitchen along with all furnishings in the property are absolutely brand new, also new is the porcelain tile floor and window curtains. A bonus room (Florida Room) faces the water and provides extra spacing for additional activities.
Bahia Honda State Park is nearby, offering a unique extensive sandy beach, and deep waters close enough offshore to provide exceptional swimming and snorkeling. The home is located near the world famous "No Name Pub", and is only thirty miles from Key West where tourist shops, four star restaurants, street entertainers, and famous pubs are plentiful. The low tide draft is two feet.
The house offers a covered patio with a BBQ grill and a Jacuzzi. It also offers an enclosed garage, and a backyard protected by a six feet wooden fence for privacy. There is a whole house generator on the property with an automatic transfer switch which will restore power to the property during short power outages.
There is a Fish Cleaning Station available at the house right on the concrete dock. Also available, is a brand new Chest Freezer on the lower section of the house for easy access to bait, etc.
