Quiet neighborhood with no high-rise condos blocking your view, but just minutes away from all the action of Pier Park Shopping, theaters, world-famous restaurants like Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood House, Reggae J's, theme parks, and much more!

"Sea Mist" has 3BRs, 2BAs, living/dining room, huge kitchen, laundry room, garage/game room AND a studio/efficiency apartment ALL UNDER ONE ROOF, with only a garage (which has been converted to a game room) separating the two units. There is no interior door connecting the house to the studio - each has its own front door. Perfect for that family or group who wants to give older kids a little space and the parents/chaperones a retreat to the private studio!
