WIFI which is password protected, free long distance calling in USA and Canada is there for your convenience. We have a washer dryer in the condo, flatscreen tv in all rooms, dvd, IPOD dock, fully fitted brand new kitchen, totally updated bathrooms and guest bathroom. New tile floor, carpet and wood floors. Small guest library, dvd selection and some board games for your entertainment during your visit.
Outside there is a lovely pool by the intracoastal waterway with plenty of room to swim or lounge in the sun. We have a private, screened in lanai to enjoy morning coffee, or evening cocktails, with comfortable lounge furniture in warm tropical designs.
Indian Shores has just undergone a major road renovation too, with designated walking and cycle trails now skirting Gulf Boulevard you can walk/bike or jog into the town of Indian Rocks, stroll alongside the gulf intracoastal waterway or just hop over to the beach.
We are fully booked for the coming spring season, so can offer special rates for fall, to fill a few empty weeks. Email for very special EURO, Pound Sterling or dollar rates for dates between August lst and December 20th 2009. Rates available to include all taxes and cleaning!!!
We do require a $300/UKP200/ECU200 security deposit with all bookings.

Why the Owner Chose Other Indian Shores Properties
We first visited Indian Shores in 1989 and fell in love with the area, even though we had spent a lot of time visiting other areas, this seemed like a perfect place for future family vacations.
We loved the laid back atmosphere of Indian Shores and indeed a lot of the county. The permanent residents of Pinellas are welcoming and friendly too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium Townhouse
We rarely get to stay in our condo now, living and working so close by, we keep it for special occasions when family are in town at their beach homes, or for the odd retreat from work, but with busy kids and their schedules and our own working constraints AND all the bookings, we don't get to use it as much as we should. But when we do, knowing that everything is here for us, from the gas grill to the beach cart, comfy beds to sleep in, the nice china and glassware, the little touches that we find only in country house hotels, we can relax and leave everyday things behind us. Just to sit in the calm of our moss green rooms, with a book and a glass of wine is another world. Come and experience our Sea Shell for yourself.
