A former builder's model, our home is professionally decorated and landscaped for your enjoyment. Yacht Harbor Village is part of the AAA Four-Diamond Club at Hammock Beach Resort.
Envision a wall-length set of glass doors that open to a beautiful lanai, with heated pool, spa and waterfalls. Interestingly, we have the only home with a pool at Yacht Harbor Village, and it is just steps away from the Intracoastal! The outdoor kitchen is great for entertaining, while your guests enjoy the Intracoastal views. A boat slip is available at extra charge upon request.
Workout in the morning at the fitness center, play a round of golf on a championship course, then have dinner at one of the exclusive clubs. The Intracoastal is perfect for enjoying nature. A tour down the Intracoastal assures sightings of dolphins, manatees, exotic birds, deer and schooling fish. If you enjoy fishing, you can fish from our backyard sea wall using the gear supplied.
The Marina at Yacht Harbor Village offers a full-service 209-slip marina. Enjoy a quaint seaside village, a marina with its Ships' Store, casual waterfront dining, championship tennis courts, and more. What a wonderful home for a family vacation. We went there early August with our families and found the accomodations to be be beyond our expectations. The home was professionally decorated and you could certainly tell. The kids loved have a the downstairs living room all to themselves to watch shows and play Wii. While we adults had the second floor living room to relax. We leveraged the gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen several times a day to cook for the entire family. Once the kids went to bed, we enjoyed cocktails on the balcony overlooking the Intercoastal watching the sunsets and dolphins swimming. Can't wait to come back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: Two couples were vacationing in Florida, staying at Hammock Beach. This was the most beautiful and well run resort we have every stayed at. We decide to look at properties.
Why the Owner Chose Hammock Beach Resort:
Originally we purchased this as an investment property. With the downturn in the market, we decided to make the best of it. We hired a professional decorator and preceeded to make it our dream home away from home. You will find every possible amenity for you enjoyment. The views are breathtaking and the Intracoastal is our outdoor television. In fact we did not buy a television for the first two years.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The location is amazing and the resort offers so much from good restaurants to a wonder relaxing spa. The golf is unsurpassed and the tennis courts across the street from the house are the finest clay courts we have ever played on - great pros that will teach you some new moves. Nothing buy enjoyment, but the sunsets are absolutely from our second floor deck. Have fun!
