Villa Magna is the newest luxury beachfront condominium development in the Nuevo Vallarta area. You can be one of the first to enjoy this brand new development. All the construction is done, so there is no construction noise! The infinity pool ends right at the wonderful beach. There are pool chairs and beach chairs for your use. The beach stretches for miles and miles. There are many activities located at the beach such as parasailing, wave runners, kayaks and more. The surf is usually calm and inviting.
Villa Magna is a 10 story resort. Our unit is on the 7th floor with unobstructed views of the ocean, as well as views for the surrounding mountains. From the front door you can see downtown Puerto Vallarta. The three bedroom condo has all of the high end features such as fine granite in the kitchen and limestone tile throughout the unit. Everything is provided from a full kitchen with kitchenware, LCD TV and DVD Player, washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, and beach towels! High speed internet, both wired and wireless in included with your condo rental. Villa Magna in Nuevo Vallarta is the perfect balance of secluded beach and pool atmosphere with access to all of the wonders that Puerto Vallarta and the rest of Banderas Bay has to offer. There is a full service grocery store within the Nuevo Vallarta resort area.
There are three championship golf courses also within the Nuevo Vallarta resort area, along with many restaurants. We can put you in contact with a private driver that we use when we're in town. A local Mexican woman can also cook a meal (or more) for you while you stay in the condo. Villa Magna gives you easy access to the Nuevo Vallarta Marina area and to Puerto Vallarta itself either by taxi or take the scenic water taxi!
The balcony is huge with a large table and six chairs (two rocking chairs) and two chaise lounges and great views of the ocean and mountains! The condo is available either as a weekly rental or by the night. Daily or Mid-week maid service is available at an extra charge. There is a full service restaurant on site and even offers room service! Please feel free to contact us with any questions on either the unit or the area as we have spent a lot of time there! e also have a 1 bedroom condo in the same complex. If you have the need for a second unit, or want a smaller condo, please let us know!
As a bonus, there is an all-inclusive hotel which condo guests have access to. You can enjoy their three restaurants (menu prices or an all-inclusive day pass), enjoy Kayaks and Bicycles for free, as well as their water activities. Additionally they have a full business center, gym and world-class spa featuring all treatments.
