This 1495 sq ft condo has the largest floor plan of all 2 bedroom units at Dunes of Seagrove. There are only 8 of these 2 bedroom units which include a second balcony for the guest bedroom. Our unit, 102 A, is located on the second level of the building. An assigned covered parking space is conveniently located below 102A, on the ground level. These parking spaces are not available for all units.
Decorated with a tropical theme, this unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bunkroom. The large master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and a desk which is perfect for your laptop computer should you bring it. High speed internet service is included (wired)in your rental fee. The master bath has double vanities, walk in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to the second bathroom. The kids will love the bunkroom with 2 built-in twin bunk beds. There are TV's & DVD players in each bedroom and the living room.
The living area is very open and you will find the kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking needs. You can even see the gulf from the kitchen while you prepare meals (or open takeout).
This unit has both pool and gulf views from the living room and master bedroom as well as the kitchen. The 7500 sq ft multi-level pool is heated seasonally and lighted beautifully at night. A boardwalk adjacent to the pool provides beach access. Complimentary beach service(March-October) is provided and includes 2 chairs and an umbrella. The beach at Dunes of Seagrove is never crowded and you are very close to Deer Lake State Park which has almost a mile of beautiful secluded beaches.
The Dunes of Seagrove features an exercise room, sauna, steam room, and tennis court which was newly resurfaced September 2008. Also available are a meeting room and party room in the front office as well as on-site management and check-in.
The Dunes of Seagrove is located approximately 3 miles from Seaside, 5 miles from Rosemary Beach and a 20-30 minute drive from the Silver Sands Outlet shops in Destin.
