We had a wonderful time staying in this Oro Valley home. The house was beautifully decorated in southwest style. It was exceptionally clean and the yard well maintained with several citrus trees to sample. The views were fantastic. The owners are a delightful couple who quickly responded to our questions and requests. Sun City Vistoso has many activities and excellent facilities (pool, fitness gym, tennis, golf, lectures, workshops, etc.). We were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of community members and staff and the casual, laid-back ambience. There are many fine restaurants nearby as well as convient shopping. We hope to rent this home again and recommend it and the owners without qualification. There are many fine restaurants within Oro Valley

This was our first time in Sun City and we enjoyed the amenities available to us as renters, but most of all we enjoyed the home. It is very tastefully decorated and equipped. Can't think of one thing we needed while we were there that wasn't provided. Lots of patio furniture to enjoy outdoor living on either the front or back of the house. The view of the mountains is primarily from outside and is very pleasant. We became addicted to the two big leather recliners in the great room after a day of hiking. Sun City Vistoso is a great location, convenient to many restaurants, golf courses, hikes, etc. The owners are very helpful and truly want you to have a pleasant stay in their home. We received our damage deposit back promptly. We have rented many times in Tucson and this home gets 5 stars.

We called this our home for 6 months (Oct. 09-Apr.10). We have been in Sun City for 14 years. So you know we like the area, community and this year we can add this house to our likes. The advertisements about the home and Sun City are accurate. We can recommend to anyone. Just rent it!

We stayed here Jan. & Feb. 2009 and we loved it. The open floor plan with lots of windows gave us abundant light throughout the day. The location was great - beautiful views of the mountains and close to the recreation center. We enjoyed some of the many activities of Sun City Vistoso. The Marshalls have thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable - books, dvd's, even a notebook with attractions and menus. We liked this house so much we bought one like it in the neighborhood.

My husband and I spent the month of March at this lovely house on Welton Dr. in SCV in 2009. It's more than what you see in the photos and read about in the descriptions. Merely a 5 minute walk to the Recreation - Social Center, wthin a short drive to Catalina Mountain, or the movie theater, if you so choose. The best of comfort, weather, indoor and outdoor living. Where else is the cooking and dining outdoors 'guaranteed' in the month of March? The Marshalls are experts presently 'easy living' to their guests. We look forward to returning in the future!
