Gorgeous new beach home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Approx. 2,100 sq ft indoors and 1,000 sq ft of exterior covered porches. Enjoy the open family room/dining room/kitchen. Dining table seats 6-8 plus breakfast bar with 4 stools. Tile floors and granite counters throughout the kitchen in home. All this opens to rear and side covered porches for hours of outdoor living and grilling! Rear porch overlooks Lake Colby with the neighborhood boardwalk and fishing pavilion. There is a bedroom and full bath on the main floor with a queen bed. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd floor; one bedroom is a bunk room that will sleep 4-5 children--- A kid's paradise! Beautiful master bedroom with hardwood floors and private porch. Exquisite master bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Enjoy gulf views from the master porch. On the bay side there is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed which also opens to a covered porch overlooking the Corpus Christi Bay. This is where you will see the most incredible sunsets ever! On the 3rd story is a viewing tower that features a sitting area and wine bar. The tower has incredible gulf views from the private covered porch! This home is a 2-3 minute walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride to the pool or beach, and a 5 minute ride into Port Aransas where you will find fabulous restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and the local grocery. Play golf at the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course 1 mile north of Cinnamon Shore, or charter a fishing excursion at the local marina only 4 miles away.
