Jonathan, thank you so much for making your lovely flat available to us for our 40th wedding anniversary trip to Boston. It's a perfect location for exploring all that this wonderful city offers, and the furnishings echo the city's charms. We had a delightful stay and look forward to our return to Boston.

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. We were handy to everything. Caught the T from the airport which were very easy. We took the Trolley Bus Tour hop-on hop-off to get our bearings and that worked very well. Walked the Freedom Trail. Got to the ice-hockey game, our first ever. A great experience and of course a good win for the Bruins. Walked very easily to the "Garden". Yes, Whole Foods market is a wonderful place. (Cambridge Street, opposite to Joy Street).

This is the place to be. Very accessible. Beautiful run in the morning through historic neighborhoods and parks. Easy subway access. Short walk from amazing North End food with great bars nearby for a night cap. We had a fantastic tour of MIT. One of the best college tours yet. Spent an entire day at the Museum of Science. Watched a great games between the Bruins and Canucks. Whole Foods market is a great place! Wish we had found the first day. Hope to return!

1/1/12 New Year's Eve -- What a wonderful apartment in a perfect location for First Night celebrations! All of the concierges were very nice and helpful. We walked to Aquarium, North End, Copley Square and we are just a short T ride from MIT and Harvard. Our Xcountry runner found a trail along river, and that kept him happy. Many thanks for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

The apartment is walking distance from two transit lines and has easy access to the airport and the train station. We walked to the Aquarium, North End, Quincy Market, Copley Square and lots of other sites on the Freedom Trail. Easy access on the T to MIT and Harvard. Newly rennovated kitchen and bath are small, but well designed. The building staff is friendly and helpful. A quiet, comfortable apartment in a central location.

Had a wonderful time in Boston in a perfect location for walking and taking the T anywhere. Enjoyed a free concert @ the NEC, Museum of Sciences and the Children Museum. Nice pub close-by. The Myrtle St Playground looked like fun but it was raining by the time Matthew and I discovered it. Look forward to coming back again.

If you're visiting Boston, this is the place to be. The apartment is within walking distance to one of the most beautiful areas of Boston, the Boston Common. Another advantages of staying here is the convenience of being only three minutes away from the subway station, enabling us to visit areas outside of Boston with great ease. It was always lovely to come home to such a comfortable apartment. Although situated in a relatively busy area in Boston, it was not noisy and it was a very safe area to walk around. Thank you for letting us stay here and making the booking of the apartment effortless.

Wonderful time. Excellent food (Grotto, Union Oyster House, Marliave ($1 oysters). Enjoyed the Freedom Trail (walked up to the top of Bunker Hill monument), Museum of Fine Arts (Degas nudes), Science Museum (Pompeii exhibit), hockey game (Boston vs San Jose Sharks), MIT, Harvard and Haymarket (Sat-Sunday). The 7 day Metro pass for $15 dollars was a great deal. The JFK Museum was well worth the time. Shopped for foods at Whole Foods. The little market on the corner below us was great for wine. Took Metro to Quincy - John Adams house - well worth seeing. Really enjoyed the condo. Felt like home. Thanks for everything. Perfect!

Our trip to Boston as we expected: Full of history, great food (Union Oyster House, Gennaro's North Square in the North End and 21st Amendment around the corner). Fantastic Halloween in Salem (went over and back by ferry). I got a little sea sick, so be aware. Could not believe we had some snow when we arrived, but we were lucky that we didn't get much and the temperature went up to the high 40s and low 50s. Condo was great and meet all our needs. We would recommend to everyone.

This apartment was large and airy and in a great location for walking around Boston. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a great shower with plenty of hot water. There were good restaurants nearby and for those who like to cook there is a Wholefoods supermarket with lots of fresh produce about 10 minutes walk away. Jonathan, the owner, dealt promptly with our e-mail queries and the reception staff were helpful about using the laundry. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Far better than a hotel!

A very enjoyable week. Location is terrific. Easy access to most sites. We walked lots, to the North End, USS Constitution, Back-Bay, South End and the Theater District. Such close proximity to Washington Street and major shops. Caught a train to Harvard and had a tour of the grounds with one of their witty student tour guides. Also caught a "Green Line" trolly to Museum of Fine Arts and Isabella Stuart Gardiner Museum across the road. We recommend a sunny day for Ms Gardiner's Museum as the lighting is very dim, not helped by a bleak day. The concierges were all most helpful and, our "host" Jonathan did his best to accommodate us. We will certainly recommend to friends who might come this way. Lastly, I would like to recommend Emmett's Pub or the lounge next door (same owner) as a good spot when feet are too sore to get down to Long Wharf or the eateries in Charles Street. Emmett's is just across the road to the left.

My sister and my first trip to Boston and not disappointed. We are glad to be 21 Beacon Street fans. This apartment is perfect! Location, comfort and excellent staff made our "home base" special. Our best little find was a closet single family restaurant in the North End called The Daily Catch. It lacks in looks but makes up in delicious pasta (black) and seafood. Yummy! Boston is amazing and people are so gracious and kind. Histories came alive here and I can't wait to share with my students. Awesome experience. Thank you, Jonathan Cathy, CA

Enjoyed our two weeks in Boston. 7 day T-pass for $15, a real bargain. The flat was well stocked, comfortable and in an excellent location. Thanks for responding immediately to our queries and your efficiency in responding and handling details of the rental. Avoid Legal Seafoods at Kendall T-stop - mediocre food and lousy service. Italian North End restaurants are far superior.

My friends and I had an amazing time at the apartment. It is close to everything, just a short walk from Trinity Church and Prudencial Center. The subway is just across Boston Common. Downtown is just down the block. Just perfect for people who don't know the city or love the city and want to wander around. =o) The apartment is beautiful, well located, people are very nice, especially the owner who is very attentive, always checking on us to see if we need anything. There is a laundry facility in each floor, elevator, grocery store just downstairs, many restaurants, pubs, shops... Well, we had a great time there and we are looking forward to come back soon next year or maybe this year as well. Thanks Jonathan for everything!

Feb 13 My husband and I are here on a little "Sport Vacation”. He is all Boston when it comes to sports, I am Detroit. We are going to see the Bruins and the Red Wings here on Friday night, and fly back to Detroit on Sunday to watch them there. Today we have reservation at the Union Oysters House, and off to a bar to watch the Bruins and the Canadiens. And the Bruins won! 6-8. Watch games at the Greatest Bar and it is an awesome bar! Walked to Fenway (Thursday) and went to stop at the Prudential. Also ate a late lunch at Cheers/went back to the Greatest Bar to watch the Celtics vs. Lakers. Friday we walked to the Wharf and did some shopping. Went to the Bruins/Red Wings at TD Garden (Red Wings won 6-1, Yay). Met some neat people at the bar and came back here and hung out. Saturday we did a trolley tour (recommended) and ate at the old South Street dinner. Check out Chinatown too! Going to the Blazers game at TD Garden and flying out tomorrow. What a wonderful time and great place to stay!

Came up from Cape Cod for a week of culture and good food - We were not disappointed - despite the 2 snow storms, freezing cold and drenching rain/who would think of an umbrella in January/ the central location can't be beat. Agree with other guests re quality of staff at building. Do not miss Art of America @MFA. BSO easy to get to and tickets available online. The Grotto - just down Bowdoin - is a "don't miss" also. If you get tired of fancy Italian, try Antonio cuisine Italiano- on Cambridge, an old fashion "red sauce" joint. If you want to eat in once or twice, check out the Whole Foods- Cambridge St near Joy St. Lots of great precooked meals. We'll be back in the Spring. Visit us on the Cape!

Ditto to all the superlatives from other guests. We enjoyed our trip to Boston so much, in spite of the fact we had the “blizzard of 2010". It was great to have this comfortable condo in a perfect location to come home to. Christmas week is great in Boston. We enjoyed Boston Pop Christmas Programs and the Nutcrackers. For Italian foods, we like Lucca on Hanover Street- For breakfast, Paramount. Thank you, Jonathan for a great home away from home.
