Valencia at Pelican Bay is a prestige community of upscale residences in Naples, Florida. As our condo guest you’ll enjoy many private amenities such as three miles of pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico, four restaurants for residents only, free tram service to the beach for residents only, plus resort class tennis and health club facilities for residents only. Our guests have privileges at the Community Center where you’ll find computers, printers, reading material, and extensive exercise equipment.

Valencia is centrally located in the middle of Pelican Bay, very close to both tram stations, and the Commons area, where the tennis courts are. Our Valencia Condo Unit is a top floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, beautifully decorated with a light open Florida look. A west facing view and the 12 foot ceilings, makes for a bright, open and spacious feel with a lovely view of Valencia’s formal garden and lake. Our condo has more of a home setting, without the hotel feel. When you walk out the front door you are a few steps from your car, nice when you bring the groceries home. Also just out the front door is a barbeque grill just for your use and take about 25 steps and you are at the clubhouse and pool. Everything feels more like a townhouse, rather than a high rise hotel.
