Absolutely LOVE this house. It is an older home, but in excellent condition. It is huge inside. All the bedrooms are large. The house was very clean both times I have stayed here. Everything we needed or wanted including bed linens are supplied and available. The location couldn't be better for Beach Haven. It is in the heart of all the fun. There is any kind of store, restaurant, bar, etc. within at least a block or so. (Murphy's Market, Buckalews, the Marlin, The Seashell, and more within a block) The beach is about a block away and so is the bay. The owner is fantastic to work with and always available if needed. I will definitely be going back again. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I recently stayed at this property with my extended family. The house is old (pre-1900), but maintained adequately. Solid construction - floors & stairs don't squeak! Top floor has 2 BR (1F + 1T, 1F + 1F Futon), second floor has 3BR (1Q, 1Q + 1T, 2T), so the 11 of us were quite comfortable. There are two full baths (first & second floors), and two halfs (first & third floor). There is an outdoor shower, but it is not enclosed. Main floor has medium LR, large DR and adequate EIK. There was a small TV in each BR, plus LR. Large deck with big LP BBQ out back. Driveway holds 3 cars, but ample street parking is available. Location was ideal - half block from Boulevard, 1 1/2 blocks from beach. Only incident was one window AC unit failed, but owner replaced it within 24 hours. All in all, and given the price of other properties in LBI, I would recommend for any large group.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
