Welcome to the Veranda House located in one of nicest areas of The Florida Keys! Key Colony Beach (MM 53.5) is a community designed to cater to the person on vacation. This home with heated POOL is located on the West side of the island (14th Street). The boat dockage is facing east for cool afternoon breezes. You can be as busy as you wish or left totally alone to relax, the choice is yours. This beautiful Key West style home is tropically decorated and fully equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation one you will never forget. Spacious split bedroom floor plan, open living area with eat at bar and dining room. Open air balconies surround the entire home for a quiet dinner or a relaxing time with a book.
There is covered parking under the home for your vehicle with additional parking for a boat trailer on the property. Covered area for fishing poles and dive gear. Great canal views and excellent dockage for up to a 40’ boat. Deep water access to both the Atlantic and the Gulf in just minutes. The reef is just 5 miles off shore to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Master bedroom has a King size bed with attached bathroom (even a bidet), guest room with a king, another with a queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. This home will comfortably accommodate 8 - 10 people. Heated, private pool is located in the back of the home, waterside for privacy and peaceful enjoyment.
Key Colony Beach offers 3 restaurants, (Key Colony Inn, Sparky’s Landing and Cabana Breezes), Donarchi's Deli, liquor store, clothing shopping, gas dock, charter boats, rental boats, dive shop, post office, 3-Par golf course, tennis, Sunset Park and a bike bath all on the island. Vacationers return to Key Colony year after year, they enjoy the friendly, safe environment. We even have our own police department on island and the speed limit is strictly enforced at 25 mph. Many people walk the bike baths to all the amenities and restaurants. Please contact me for more information on rates and availability. $1,000 security deposit is required to book the reservation and balance is due in full 30 days prior to check in.
Tax is charged at Florida and Monroe County requirements(12.5%). Cleaning and pool heating is included in the rental price.
