This cozy two level townhouse is setup with the master bedroom (queen bed) and second bedroom (queen bed) upstairs, each enjoying their own bathroom. All bed and bath linens and comforters are provided. Downstairs includes the living room with a fireplace and walkout patio. Also located downstairs is the dining room and kitchen with a view of the yard. A two car garage is attached for plenty of covered/secured parking. The community pool and spa is located 2 minutes away in the center of the community.
All the amenities of home: TV, stereo, fully stocked kitchen has dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, reverse osmosis water and utensils - everything you need also including a washer/dryer in the unit.
The townhome features a private patio outside the living area and a private seating area between the two car garage and front door which we call the "Bistro table".
The Mesa/Phoenix area has unlimited golf courses, tennis courts, shopping, hiking, restaurants, movie/theatres, spring training baseball, NFL, and NHL games and lots of your friends also visiting from the north to enjoy the warm sun.
