North Shore Place is the newest, ocean oriented luxury building in North Forest Beach and is just a short block from the beach. It is within walking distance to the beach, pools, and a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment in Hilton Head's most popular beach and shopping district. You can walk everywhere and leave the car behind!
Constructed in 2001, our 5th floor, light and airy two bedroom, two bath villa boasts 10'ceilings and crown molding throughout. The designer kitchen features Corian countertops and high end appliances. The living areas have stone tile throughout. Access the large balcony through the living area and the Master Bedroom. You'll enjoy the panoramic view from a glimpse of the ocean to the beautiful sunsets over Coligny Plaza. You'll have ample seating to enjoy the ocean breezes and will love the location.
The Master Suite offers a large soaking tub, separate shower and king size bed. There are twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen counter barstools or sit and relax at the dining room table. Quality furnishings throughout the unit will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. A washer and dryer add to the convenience. The condo is equipped with wireless internet service -- just bring your laptop and you're ready to surf the web!
Amenities include beach access (approx. 100 yards to the beach) with access to two oceanfront pools at our sister building the Seacrest, and a third skytop pool (oceanview) with hot tub on the North Shore building's fourth floor.
Hilton Head Island is known for many famous and nationally rated golf courses and tennis facilities, which are all within 5-20 minutes driving distance.
