And I am livin’ large at Jade East Towers. This resort isn’t one of those so big you can’t find your condo places. It’s like a boutique. It’s small, kind of intimate. Friendly. And secure. It’s gated. And the only way you get in here is if you’re staying here. How’s that for secure?!? But you're not “out of the loop.” You’re actually in the middle of everything. So getting to any one of Destin’s attractions is pretty easy.

But, let’s talk about why you’re here. The beach. This is the absolute best! Everyone here says it’s on of the least crowded spots in Destin. That’s because there’s lots of beach but not a lot of condos. Simple math. Fewer people equal more beach. And of course in Destin we’re talkin’ sugar white sand and emerald green water. Beautiful. And just to make it easier there’s great beach service so you don’t have to schlep the beach chairs. And if you want pool time it’s right there. Walk from the beach to the pool or the pool to the beach. There’s even a hot tub right there.

When you’re “beached out” (like that’ll happen), there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. Shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, even Starbucks if you’re looking for your latte fix. Destin has it all and Jade East Tower’s in the middle of it. And if you’re looking for a great dining experience, there’s a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse a couple of blocks away. That means you’ve got the best of the best. Best resort. Best location.

Here’s the scoop on the condo.

Man this place is something else! It’s like walking into a decorator magazine. Check out the photographs of the décor! Tommy Bahama eat your heart out! This is one of the most elegant condos I’ve ever seen! And, there’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. This place has the best views inside and outside!

Look at the LIVING ROOM. Martha Stewart eat your heart out. Beautiful furniture that gives you a real sense of the beach while you’re looking at the beach! Can you imagine?!? It’s stunning! The sofa is beautiful red leather. Big and comfortable. It’s a queen sleeper too! Check out the leather recliner. I did. Almost fell asleep. The entertainment center, which has a big flat screen TV, looks like a 37”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.

Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. It’s like living in a magazine! Huge king size bed with a beautiful carved Caribbean headboard. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep again! Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach.

The SECOND MASTER is really cool. More great color. It’ll sleep 4! And a big TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day.

The THIRD BEDROOM’s got bunks and a full size bed so it’ll sleep 4 too! And, it gives the kids a great place to stay and play! Or watch TV.

The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s got a great set up. And it’s open with everything that you need so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with lots of bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.

The DINING AREA has a big table for six, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. And you can see the beach while you’re dining. Man, what a view!

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms provide sleeping room for up to 10 with 3 complete full baths.

Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And, it’s located in one of the nicest intimate resorts in Destin. You can’t go wrong at Emerald Towers! It’s got everything you want in a luxury beach condo.

This is where the fun starts!
