Welcome to the Palms!
Our unit is on the 8th floor....wait until you see the view of sand and surf as you sit and enjoy our fully tiled wrap-around balcony.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Our unit has 3 bedroom and 3 baths. Large living area with glass on 2 sides. Comfortable sofa, lounge chair with ottoman plus a recliner.
Master also has direct gulf views with comfortable king bed, private bath, and direct access to balcony. 2nd bedroom has king bed, private bath, while 3rd bedroom has twin beds and bath. Both have sliding glass doors for access to side balcony.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with bright colored fiesta ware for fun with snacks or sit-down dinners at the large glass table. A sit-up bar provides place for snacking or playing catch up with e-mail. Side-by-side Refrigerator. Full size washer and dryer available off kitchen.
AMENITIES: The Palms has many amenities including an inside heated pool, especially fun for winter guests, an outside pool facing the Gulf, an exercise/fitness room, sauna, grilling area and tennis court.
Private boardwalk takes you directly to the beach where beach umbrellas and padded lounge chairs are available for rental.
ACTIVITIES: There is plenty to do along the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores coast. Lots of good food, casual dining, golf courses galore, excellent Gulf and backwater fishing close by at Zeke's Marina, and shopping at the Tanger Outlet is a favorite for many. The Wharf is "The Place to go" with dining, shopping, Ferris wheel and concerts in the amphitheatre.
BENEFIT:
Since we, the owners, are in Newnan, GA we have a local management company, Meyer Rental Management available to handle any and all of your needs. So no worries that you're renting from out-of-state owners.
We also have a "keyless entry system" which makes late arrivals a breeze. No more waiting for the key to come in the mail, or having to stand in long lines to get checked in. You can also reprogram the keypad with a code of your chosing. What could be easier??
This is a one owner unit and we ask that you respect our no smoking and no pet policy in hopes of maintaining the unit for others to enjoy as others before you have done.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your wonderful place. We had a terrific time. Your place was everything it states it is. LOVED the balcony and everyone having access to it from their rooms. The condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed as far as applicances and kitchen items. Thanks again so much and will be staying again!!!

My daughter Ginger, turned "40" June, 2009, and I wanted to do something extra special this year, and BOY DID I !!!!! Ginger and I have been going to Gulf Shores Labor Day week for well over l5 years. We've stayed a lot of places, but now we have found a jewel of a place. Don and Pat's condo is the very best ever. The layout is perfect, the rooms are huge, the decor outstanding with everything new and so up-to-date, but the view...the view.....I cannot say enough about the view. We had balcony access from each bedroom and living room. This was a corner unit wrapped in Heaven, balcony all around. Sitting on that balcony in the comfortable, sleep-all-night-in furniture, feeling the constant breeze, admiring the breath-taking view was like Heaven on earth to us. Day and night we watched miraculous crashing of the waves, the non-ending beautiful sky, the sun, the moon, even the rain and storms were spectacular to watch. The glass dining room table was the largest I have ever seen. It would sit twelve easily. Even so, we ate all our meals on the balcony in the bounding chairs and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We also had the opportunity to meet the owners, Don and Pat Skinner. They were two of the most caring, generous and down-to-earth people we have ever met, just the cutest little couple. We cannot thank them enough for sharing their little piece of Heaven with us. I encourage you to check it out and see for yourself why we say we found our "home on the beach" . I know it would be the best stay you could ever imagine, and you, too, will have tears in your eyes when it is time to say good-bye. We hope to make this our annual Labor Day week trip, if funds permit. Cannot wait to return. Thank you again for our very best beach memory ever.
